It was a buffet. Very good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The exercise room was spacious. The pool was small, but great to have. It was much more affordable than staying in downtown Seattle. The indoor parking was excellent and secure. drove to “Northgate Transit Center East Park & Ride” and took the subway into downtown Seattle for the day.

We liked the variety of and quality of the breakfast. We like the large room and water view. The staff was fast and friendly. Parking was good. We would stay here again.

The pillows are flat. I had to ask for two more. The pillows at the Port Gardner Inn, in Everett, WA are ones you could check out. I like them the best. The toilet is low. The light in the room is dim. Currently you have compact florescent bulbs, LED bulbs would be brighter.

Great location. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff, especially the girl who checked us in is super amazing ❤️ We loved our room, it was really comfy. Breakfast is outstanding and great variety! Really enjoyed it. Thank you very much for all your hospitality and we will definitely be back! 🙏

The minor thing is the fan system which never turns off in the bathroom and for someone who is a light sleeper can be a bit of a challenge. But it was still very manageable to sleep with 😀

Downtown location Management's handling of the double erroneous booking of my stay with the downtown and Everett locations. After many phone calls and explanations as per the nature of the erroneous booking the downtown location refused to cancel my reservation and transfer payment to the Everett location

The consistency of Hampton Inns makes it easy to decide where to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. Sometimes weekend nights are noisy but there seemed to be more soundproofing and any noise was muffled.

In my room the transition between the carpet and the tile floor outside the bathroom was frayed. But other than that the room was very clean and comfortable.

Free parking and breakfast were great. Location was less than 5 minutes to the location of our intended purpose which was great. The pool was great for kids but there was no hot tub which would have made it even better. The staff was very efficient and friendly upon check in and check out. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the area and it was close to the main area of Everett so easy access to supermarkets and restaurants too.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our room (3:30) but the staff were nice about it. One in particular but I didn't catch her name. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was very good sized and clean.

The area is a little rough for us but we come from a small and very clean and safe town. There wasn't much to do around there, but there were a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The underground parking is nice but the spaces are super small. Like I said, our room was not ready at 3pm either.

The hotel was great! Clean and comfortable. Great views of the bay. Rooms were large and had double glass enclosed showers! It was an easy walk to restaurants and Silvertips game. Free secure parking garage. Better breakfast than most hotels. We were thrilled ro be able to check in early. Cora at the front desk saved the day when booking.com failed to reserve two rooms as requested and per my confirmation letter. Instead there was only one king room reserved and I reserved two Queen bed rooms to accommodate 4 of us in one room and 4 in the other. I was so stressed thinking of where 2 car loads of us could stay at last minutes notice. Thankfully, Hampton honored our booking.com rate. I will simply book as a Hilton Gold member next time!

There were many holes in the bed linens. The pool water was verycloudy indicative of chemicals being off.

Pretty and quiet and clean

Staff brought like 20 people to swim and kids were running with food which got everywhere and they used all the towels so had to freeze to front desk to get more…I am all for kids having fun but was so many of them we couldn’t swim but sit in corner of pool lol …but got about 30 mins of pool to ourselves before we had to leave so that was nice..but food all over floors around pool was gross to avoid

Bed was comfy, room and hotel were quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. No signs of mold in the shower or on floor, which was a big plus.

Didn't like the parking garage. No spaces available at 1 am on a Saturday night. Had to park on the street which made us uneasy. Parking spaces were tight, especially with bigger vehicles in place.
