We had to wait 30 minutes for our room (3:30) but the staff were nice about it. One in particular but I didn't catch her name. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was very good sized and clean.

The area is a little rough for us but we come from a small and very clean and safe town. There wasn't much to do around there, but there were a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The underground parking is nice but the spaces are super small. Like I said, our room was not ready at 3pm either.

The hotel was great! Clean and comfortable. Great views of the bay. Rooms were large and had double glass enclosed showers! It was an easy walk to restaurants and Silvertips game. Free secure parking garage. Better breakfast than most hotels. We were thrilled ro be able to check in early. Cora at the front desk saved the day when booking.com failed to reserve two rooms as requested and per my confirmation letter. Instead there was only one king room reserved and I reserved two Queen bed rooms to accommodate 4 of us in one room and 4 in the other. I was so stressed thinking of where 2 car loads of us could stay at last minutes notice. Thankfully, Hampton honored our booking.com rate. I will simply book as a Hilton Gold member next time!

There were many holes in the bed linens. The pool water was verycloudy indicative of chemicals being off.

This beautiful hotel is truly a gem! Walking distance to many great food and drink spots,close to the water,I love it! Carrie is a fantastic service agent,who will take care of you like an old friend.Marcel,head of housekeeping makes sure the hotel and rooms are immaculate. They serve a very tasty buffet style breakfast with great delicious options! I highly recommend this upscale,very reasonably priced Hotel!

Room, breakfast, location are all good. Staff is friendly. The hotel is clean on the inside but used to be even cleaner.

On the outside weeds had not been pulled in some time around the property and all greenery, what little there is, seems neglected. Flags are old and tattered . Better to have none then. Looks tacky.

The lady at the check in was amazing! Very courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with, throughout our two day stay. The room was large, which was great for our family of four. There were a few things to do around the hotel (kids museum!) but unfortunately, it was closed for Easter weekend so we weren't able to enjoy it. Will definitely go back for it, as it was highly recommended.

We paid extra for a better view and what we basically had was water in the background with a parking lot full of boats right below. It wasn't worth the extra money to be honest. The worst part of the room was the sofa bed! We had two kids with us, whom we were going to put on that but after the first night, we couldn't do that to them. It was the most uncomfortable sofa bed we had ever been on! It felt as thin as a sheet of paper. The second night, we all ended up sleeping on the king sized bed. It was really tight for our family of four but way more comfortable than the sofa bed! Had we known this was the case, we would have opted for a 2 queen bed instead. My husband did mention it to the front desk but nothing was done about it, except an apology.

The location was ideal for our family Christmas celebration. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The breakfast attendants were amazing and so kind.

As someone with certain food allergies, would it be possible to put ingredient lists on the breakfast foods? For instance, I am allergic to all pork products. Is the sausage that is served made of pork, beef, or chicken? The beds are high up off the ground.

the location was perfect for our needs. the room was spacious and very clean. the breakfast was delicious, the value was great, and most of all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful... thank you all

there was nothing that we didn't like.. all was great.. one thing to perhaps improve would be the lighting in the room. it was a bit too dim and difficult to really see especially at night.. other than that all was great!

It was very clean, location was good. Near alot of restaurants. Breakfast was great

No sound proofing at all. Our room was on 5th floor right under the breakfast floor. And both nights we were woken up by stomping and running sounds from our ceiling at 6am! So if you like sleep I suggest not staying on the 5th floor.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was nice. It was very quiet at night and even during the day, which could be partly because we stayed at the end of January! The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

A couple of days there were issues with breakfast. one day they didn’t have enough staff for the breakfast so you had to get a box from the front desk. Another day they had no syrup or any kind of toppings for the waffles. The other days the breakfast was fantastic! Also, the pillows were too soft for my taste.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean as well as the bed. Even with all the lights on, room was a bit dark. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back. The only think that was a bit challenging was parking.
