Tulalip Resort Casino

The hotel was amazing. Non-smoking in the casino as well as the rooms. Very safe because needed a key card to get into the elevator and assuming any location within the hotel room area. Rooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms super spacious with separate toilet and massive shower with 3 shower heads. Room itself was very spacious and the beds very comfortable with wonderful bedding. Even bathrobes provided. Small refrigerator for drinks and/or fruits ect as well as coffee pot (or tea).

We did not like the fact that we had to ask for towels and extra shampoo daily because apparently we were supposed to press this teeny tiny button near the door!!! Come on for a 6 night stay and such an amazing hotel it should be standard!! Have some more class!! Also they never gave us the wi-fi code -were we too figure that out for ourselves? Lastly no nespresso machine ????? What ??? They also did not dump our trash daily!!

My fiancé and I loved the room it was very clean and smelled amazing. The staff was well informed and very helpful. The pool sets a specific time for adults only in the evening. The blazing paddles pizza place was not only the best pizza we have ever had but extremely well priced. A housekeeper showed us how to put our room to privacy mode so they didn't go in at all during our stay, which is what we preferred. The bar tenders were attentive and knew how to make some really good drinks. We got Barbra at the Salish resurrant bar as our bartender, and we told her to surprise us with a fruity drink, and she most definitely delivered. Overall, I definitely recommend that couples looking for a great getaway book their room with tulalip. Our stay was only 2 nights, but we will definitely be booking a longer stay for next time. A lot of the staff acknowledged that it was our anniversary and told us happy anniversary as I put in my note when I booked with them, which was very sweet of them and greatly appreciated.

The check-in line did take a very long time. One staff member who helped us appeared to be very grumpy and not very happy to be helping us. The wait times for restaurants our last night were a little frustrating, and we did wind up pick up food some where out side of the hotel instead. Which was a bit of an inconvenience but understandable due to short staffing in the resturants as they explained to us.

Room was 5 star -- HUGE and had all the little amenities built in -- a 3 spray shower, robes, etc. Loved the PNW and Indian decor -- it was woven into everything and I loved that. It felt new.

There was only one restaurant open. It was lovely and the food was good, but because it was the ONLY choice, we had to wait 45 min - an hour, and they did not take reservations, even on a holiday like Easter. Made it tough to meet family there. When we got into the restaurant, it was less than half full, making us wonder why we had to wait. They need to open at least one other venue. The variety of casino slots had something to be desired. The majority were Chinese-themed games and that seemed odd. Would have appreciated some local theming or high end motion video games.

The room was amazing! It was also nice to have a smoke-free environment. The spa area was very beautiful. The pool area was nice with the waterfall. The breakfast from the restaurant catered to the room, was pretty good!

Needs to be a little more contrast in the color scheme.. there's too much Brown and reds and not enough blue like in the photos. They got rid of their buffet around the time of the pandemic and for a lot of people, does the main reason they go to these Casino hotels. This is quite a disappointment and when I looked online it appeared that they still had a buffet but when I went to the front desk to register, they thrn said they did not. We ended up finding a Chinese buffet about a mile and a half away.

Room was comfortable and pleasant. Coffee service across from reception had a good selection. Self parking worked well.

No regular coffee in our room the first night so we had to go to down to reception early in the morning and ask. Wasn't clear that housekeeping didn't come daily. We had to ask for extra fresh towels on our second day and for coffee. The gym doesn't open early enough. The hotel schedule seems to assume guests are late sleepers and don't start their day until after 9 AM!

have always loved this hotel. great location with the casino and outlet malls. Beautiful rooms and nice pool.

Like everything these days they are suffering staffing shortages. So no maid service to make your bed if you’re staying multiple nights. Long waits at restaurants even though there’s empty tables because they don’t have enough servers to be at full capacity. And I’m really sad the buffet seems to be permanently closed. That was always a highlight. And like everything else travel related it seems like the price has gone up quite a bit and the service has gone down. Hopefully these things will get sorted out with time

The hotel is like a museum. It is so beautiful inside each area of the hotel. With massive art fixtures and even smaller ones in every floor, it is truly like a modern museum. The front desk, hallways, rooms, and throughout the hotel, you'll find something great. The pool is also a lot of fun! Definitely try that out and the pizza spot in the resort is one of the best pizzas I've ever had and very well priced!

Eagles buffet is closed. Though the other restaurants were surprisingly really tasty and I would highly recommend, the buffet was top notch when it was around. I also was never told that I'd save 10% on dining options at the hotel if I had the one card with me. On my last evening there, the blazing paddles employee filled me in on the deal and helped me out. Make sure to sign up for the card right away to save!

Staff in all area was terrific. I met 3 friends there and we all said the same thing! A great place to meet, have fun, food was awesome, not over the top expensive life we find most places these days. UT, I must say.....the Bed was the most comfy!!! I did not want to get up in the morning!!!!! And, the slots were good to us!!! Win, win , win! I told my son ans he will be taking his wife to your establishment next weekend! Made me stay more than 1 night

The hotel was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was close to many amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

My very small complaint is that the workout area (gym) was in the spa and my son and I couldn't work out because he was under 18. The staff at the spa mentioned that the gym might be moved to another location in the hotel to allow for more access. That would be great!

Awesome size bathroom with 3 full body shower heads. First Nation's theme done tastefully. Very comfortable with air conditioning during this week's heat wave.

I booked a Queen Room with 2 queen beds. They were actually 2 double beds. I spoke to front desk about this and was assured these are queen size beds. Really?! Bed sizes in North American are pretty standard. Bedsheets are sold based on these sizes. I have a queen bed at home. My 2 teenagers were a bit cramped in their double bed when an actual queen would be alot more comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body gel and body lotion are packaged in a soft plastic pouch. It's somewhat awkward to dispense, cannot reseal nor easily stay upright when finished or not used. A hair brush with hair from a previous guest was left next to the hair dryer. We were left with an uncomfortable impression with COVID still out there and not leaving anytime soon.
