Excellent location with walking distance from shopping malls and outdoor markets. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment, great space and super clean. The hotel overview the Lumphini park with very nice lake and garden view.

The lady at the Check-in lack the knowledge and basic hospitality standards. Check in wasn't that smooth or fast, they do offer you a nice welcome drink though and have a nice lobby waiting area, but after a long trip all we needed was getting the room fast. We arrived evening, restaurant close early evening so we ordered room service. The food was too spicy for the kids although we asked to keep it minimal spicy as possible. We are now half way through our trip in Thailand, its fair now to say that was the most expensive dinner we had during our trip yet the lowest taste and quality compared to the great restaurants we visited during our stay. I would recommend the hotel as an accommodation only but for sure not the food.

What a perfect hotel! Beautiful decoration, employees are beyond polite and helpful, always with a smile on their face! Breakfast is superb! Bad was extra comfortable, wifi great, location is close to the most popular area (walking distance) but still very quite and peaceful! We are very satisfied with our staying!

From the moment you arrive to the day of departure all the staff was wonderful . Any questions or concerns we had they were only a phone call away . Location was in the middle of everything from street food , restaurants , malls, etc.. so we felt safe to walk or take the tuk tuk along with the BTS transit . Gorgeous 4th floor pool especially at night .

Breakfast was ok traditional food some Thai dishes .. not too authentic for my taste bud but I understand this place caters too All ethnic so it’s understandable .

The property location is very nice, and the staff was very friendly especially the concierge staff and the door attendants. The building has a nice feel to it and was not too busy during our stay which is always good.

although the room we got was not properly cleaned so had to request the hotel to get it properly cleaned which they promptly did. Seems the rooms are in need of some minor maintenance as it is about 11 years old.

The hotel was brilliant and the facilities were good. It was only a short stay but we would have expected a bit more from the hotel during our stay considering it was circa £350 a night. All other hotels during our trip supplied welcome drinks, cold towels and a taxi service to or from the airport. Breakfast was very good and probably the best of the trip.

The bed linen was torn in our master bedroom. As we only realised this at the point of going to bed we were not going to raise it as an issue that evening. We pointed it out to reception in the morning who did not quite understand.

Room was roomy and super clean. The hotel is in a great part of town, just next door to the US embassy and a few blocks from the major shopping area of Bangkok. The pool area was beautiful, the staff was outstanding.

We didn't think the restaurant was that great. It was a French themed place and the staff was amazing, but the food was pretty good but not great.

For the price we payed, we had to wait multiple hours before we could check-in because the stuff was still cleaning the room. I can recommend the place, but definitely not the early-check-in option.
