The hotel's location is superb as you can easily access anywhere with Tutu (10 Bahts). It boasts three swimming pools that are never overcrowded, ensuring that you will have ample space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of options. Although the room may look a bit dated, I believe you get what you pay for. Personally, I am completely satisfied with it. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby and tropical interior design create an enjoyable ambiance, making it the perfect vacation spot. One of the largest shopping malls, Terminal 21, and a supermarket (Big C) are within walking distance. If you have the opportunity, consider visiting the Fish Market and having a restaurant prepare your own seafood. The prices are great but be prepared to endure the lack of air conditioning and the absence of beer to accompany your lobsters or prawns.

The location was very good everything was nearby and the beach was quite reasonable. In particular I have to say that the breakfast was served quite at a reasonable time period 6am until 1030am. The waterfall feature within the hotel was exceptionally well looked after All the staff were very friendly and warm and professional One lady in particular deserves a mention, named Tanida (nicknamed Ice), her customer service was exceptional and. She made sure during breakfast time that adequate vegetarian choice from what there was made available

I did not have a digital TV in my room I was upgraded to a very large suite Although to be fair the hotel did offer to swap rooms. Also I felt that there should more vegetarian and vegan dishes offered for breakfast however the room was very dark and was having to switch lights on during the daytime

We planned a luxury weekend and the Dusit Thani did not disappoint. Large room, comfortable bed and the best shower. Pool area was lovely, very spacious with a poolside menu available. All the staff welcoming and friendly. Tea making facilities were appreciated and the breakfast was abundant and varied. Although it is a big hotel, the balconies are very private and the rooms quiet. It is on the beach, other restaurants within easy reach or the baht bus runs by the front door. Would stay here again - recommended highly.

Only one seat on the balcony. In a room for 2 people this seems inadequate. Tv had no English or Australian channel.

Khun App and her events team were amazing, accommodating to our needs and doing whatever they could to ensure family, friends, and guests were looked after throughout their stay. As always, the venue was well-maintained, elevating the holiday experience.

The Reservations team was unfortunately cumbersome to work with. Friends also shared their frustrations about booking accommodation at the venue. Furthermore, the luggage either took too long to bring to the room or was switched between rooms. This was not expected from a 5-star hotel.

Direct Access to Beach on one side, and road on the other. Very beautiful inside hotel. Also has indoor waterfall Superb lavish breakfast. Regularly replenished. Breakfast room is also large. 5 swimming pools with splendid views Tuktuk / Transport stop just outside hotel, gives easy access to attractions and restaurants in Pattaya. Swimming pool timings is very short. Most pools close at 7pm, while 1 pool closes at 8pm.

Just spent a weekend at Dusit for the third time. We did enjoy it very much. We were upgraded to a sea view room also we were offered a yummy birthday cake. which we appreciated very much. We had dinner at the bay buffet restaurant and had breakfast as well. The food was excellent in both venue ,very fresh ,very good quality products and a lot of choices. Also the location is fantastic probably the best in Pattaya. No need to cross the road to get to the sea. .Definitely will come back again. Thank you very much

Such a gorgeous place for amazing holidays 🤩 Very nice and helpful workers, big and clean and comfortable rooms, I had an amazing seaview, international various breakfast, French, continental and Asian, huge choice of tasty food. Big pools for fun and even for proper swimming, 3 Tennis courts and a full equipped fitness studio with sauna and steam bath, ping pong, hotel direct at the beach. Terminal 21, a huge modern shopping Mall, nice bars, massage centers, street food and Chinatown just few minutes walking. That's the place to go to spoil yourself!!!

Hotel has charm, very good location and good facilities. It’s the only hotel in Pattaya with direct beach acces. Good sized rooms, very nice pool areas. Opposite the lovely Terminal 21 shopping area with some nice shops and restaurants.

It’s coming into its years, and renovating the rather dated rooms should not wait too long. But the public areas are very nice and well kept. Lounge was small, and could really use a touch up, both in space and comfort. Food and drinks were nice in the lounge, with a good breakfast and cocktail hour. Staff is courteous and very very friendly. We had a very big club room, but no idea why it was so big. There was just a lot of space, no good chair, table or couch. Pattaya we found to be a terrible and sad town. We will never go there again.
