Wow wow wow. This place is amazing. Who needs Lake Como. The host Ivan was on hand to welcome us and show us the apartment and all that went with it. The view is to die for. Facilities are first class. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was divine with cold hot or basically what ever you wanted would have been prepared. Exceptional.
Having to leave after only one night. Wish we had more nights.

The owners were very welcoming and happy to help with our requests. The room was clean and well presented. I also liked the fact we could use the owner’s beach for free.
The location is great, near the lake but not easy to get anywhere else if you don’t have a car and no convenience stores nearby.

We received a warm welcome and had the best breakfast in the whole of our trip. The view of the lake is fabulous. Parking is easy and secure.
Although very clean, the room is a little gloomy and the towels need replacing with white fluffy ones as found in other properties.

The apartment was beautifully located above the lake with a wonderful view. Ivan took care of us with fresh coffee specialties for breakfast and great information on our day trip to Rome. The kids loved the garden.

The hosts were simply the best. They did beyond what could be expected. Ivan knows a lot about the area and is generally an awesome guy, and his wife is a lovely lady with a genuine smile who makes amazing cakes. Oh and the place is tended with personal care, is just above the lake (3 minutes walk) and the terrace is... you have to see it. 12/10.

Amazing house with good view of lake in walking distance. Facility is very clean. Host pick us up from small train station at hill side. Travel by car reach the housr in less than 10min..
If u not like to hike up to tourist center. This might not be a right location.

The host was amazing! Very kind. Good communication. Came to pick us up at the train station from Castel Gandolfo and even got dinner as we arrived quite late. Good location, nice room and breakfast. Fantastico!
