The room was nice and comfortable and the view of the lake was just stunning! The location of the hotel is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel's restaurant is excellent as well.

Great location in the heart of the town and the ferry port literally opposite. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was great so no complaints. Breakfast was simple and the choice was limited but tasty nevertheless.

All the views of the lake is stunning from the bedroom window, this does come at a cost being directly next door to a main road which is busy all day long, so if you are looking for quiet and calm you would need to keep the door shut. Although most staff were lovely and accommodating we noticed the couple of times we ate in the restaurant at night that the staff and a couple in particular did not seem to want to be there. Very little eye contact and not what I would expect especially being a paying guest. We then chose albeit with limited choice to go elsewhere and found the whole experience so much better and we felt appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Like the fact there was bacon and egg for breakfast. My friend is dairy intolerant and asked for the chef to make a special egg without dairy. Liked the big tea cups. They were a very good size. Also the location of the hotel was great.

A different chef on another day didn't realise that dairy intolerant meant no butter so they cooked the eggs in butter. We had to say they needed to cook the eggs in oil instead. Luckily my friend could taste the butter and only had a taste. She would have been in hospital if she had eaten the lot.

Idyllic setting, ferry terminal across from the hotel & bus stop at the door. Lovely family run hotel, every wish fulfilled by the staff, very friendly & helpful, generous breakfast buffet with espresso/cappucino included, good restaurant in the hotel with extensive menu, 4 pages of pizzas to choose from, well cooked meals, steak was perfectly cooked. Room cleaned daily. Other restaurants a few metres from the hotel also.

A little far from Como train station, 30 mins in taxi, 100 euros for the trip, bus available hourly generally, will take luggage, can buy bus tickets at the train station. 30 mins for bus trip also.Ferry available also.

Helpful staff. Room spartan but big. Plenty of room for luggage. Plenty of restaurants. Lake just over the road. Very good breakfast. Hotel itself serves very good food and is popular. Restaurants, though numerous, get booked up. Best reserve if you want to eat at a specific time otherwise you could be waiting a fair while.

Parking is a nightmare. The spaces opposite and those at the marina down the road are 3 hours maximum. The hotel will provide a day ticket for the Church car park a couple of hundred metres away but in season that gets packed. Also on Monday mornings if your car is either in a space opposite or in the marina after 06.30 it will be towed away to make space for the market.

The hotel is directly across the road from the Argegno ferry station and is an excellent location to explore Lake Como. I recommend getting a day ferry pass, and you can hop on and off at different towns throughout the day as you wish. The hotel has a restaurant with good food and very helpful staff, and there are a few other excellent restaurants only steps away. A very convenient location indeed. The lady that runs the hotel is super helpful and a gracious hostess. I would stay here again for sure! Thank you for making the stay such a lovely experience!

Amazing Views Breakfast had good options including great coffee. Comfortable and clean. Good restaurant at the hotel. Location: Easy access to ferry and buses if u r using public transport. If renting a car like we did, there is parking across rhe road but comes at quite a high price.

Rooms are not sound proof, could easily hear people in the next room and the cars passing by the street. But I'm a bit sensitive to noise when it comes to street noise. Expensive parking across the road. Not of hotel.
