Staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The room was very modern, and the super clean restaurant staff were very nice and helpful . We would stay here again for sure.

The address on our booking.com reservation took us to the wrong location, and when we called the person was not helpful, when we showed him mistake,he refused accept, next day a lady clearly understood what we were saying. I found it by going directly to the hotel website , and we ended up having to find the ferry with the help of some locals who spoke english and another tourist, but the location was excellent after we got settle in. Absolutely amazing location! Our favourite part of the day was having breakfast with these breathtaking views of the lake! I felt like I could spend the entire day at this terrace (and you literally can, the terrace is open for residents 24/7 although the cafe closes around 9:30pm). The hotel has a restaurant which offers great views too and has a decent menu (although waiting times can be long). There are some stairs down the hotel which can take you directly to the lake if you are up for a swim (I only discovered this on my last day there). There’s also a garden in front with sunbeds and an open space where children can play while you stare at the mountains and soak it all in. We couldn’t get the lake view rooms, but there was a nice side lake view even in our road facing room. It’s not the most happening part of town (we liked it though). There’s a bus stop right in-front of the hotel (but buses were super crowded so we didn’t use it). The ferry point is a 10min walk and can get you to most places like Varenna, Bellagio etc. easily.

There are not a lot of restaurants/ food options around so we pretty much had dinner at the hotel everyday, which was nice but had long waiting times. The view was super nice though!

Very friendly staff and everything very well in order. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The location is a smaller village and somewhat remote from larger towns and cities. Travel is thus always required to visit those. Public transport by bus and ferry is available at walking distance though and the hotel has free private parking, so this is easily remedied. Very small note on an overall very positive experience.

The hotel has a great outdoor terrace overlooking the lake where breakfast is served. Close to Bellagio (a convenient bus service goes there regularly) Direct access to the lake, do bring some water shoes though The breakfast was included and quite complete. There is a small garage to park your (special) car overnight

It lacks atmosphere and could use some decoration, a bar service where you could have an aperitivo, some antipasti etc. The rooms have an automatic light switch resulting in no aircon and electricity during your absence, so our room was very hot when we came back and even our iPhones were not charged.

The lake view from the terrasse where breakfast is served is amazing, rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. There is a dedicated parking lot for guests which is very important because it is generally not easy to find a place to park in the Lake Como area.

There are public transport options to get around the area (bus, ferry) however the bus is not very reliable - it is often full and delayed. Ferry only stops in Lezzeno a few times a day. In the end we had to use the car to get around the area which is not convenient because of limited parking possibilities and very narrow road around Lake Como. This is however not related to the hotel and all in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Price is affordable. Hotel is approx 10 room which is cosy. The view of the room was amazing. Restaurant available in the hotel which is practical. There is a bus stop just near the hotel. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff.

The room was noisy (wall are thin or poor isolation) you will hear everything happening in the corridor. Access to the boat is 10 min walk on the road (no pedestrian) The number of boat stopping in Lezzeno is limited so plan your journey well ahead, on the other end the city is quiet.

We loved our room with a lake view!! We both caught ourselves looking out the window many times! Hotel Staff was super helpful and the food int the restaurant was pretty good. Pretty good selection of breakfast items as well. Bus stop is right down the street so is very easy to get to Como or Bellagio from there. This is an excellent central location!

Parking is a bit tight in the evenings because of the restaurant business - but everyone made it work and we always had a place to park.

Lezzeno is a bit more difficult to reach by ferry Not as many ferries stop there as other places which makes it nice and quiet but a bit challenging to reach and return to each day of exploring the lake

It was the best experience ever! Everything was just perfect. The staff, facilities, breakfast, accommodation, but the most magnificent is the view! Even from the mountain-view room we sawComo lake. The restaurant at the hotel was great, two dinners - two delicious experiences! There is a beach and good place to get rest If you travel by car there’s a parking

This family owned hotel gives the feeling of being in a historical place with amazing lake views while providing very clean and newly renovated hotel rooms. The restaurant in the same building was perfect for dinner, if you don't want to move far and the view during breakfast is what you are coming for.

The only minor thing was that sound was traveling well from the corridor into the room. So if you are usually sleeping-in like us, you might be awoken by the early birds.
