We loved everything about our stay! Silvia is a great host and took great care of us during our stay (even gave us directions to the public parking nearby where we could park our car). Breakfast was delicious, in a very cozy and quiet setting. Our room was great, spacious, historic features of the building masterfully complemented by modern utilities. Beds were very comfy and A/C was excellent, you very rarely see that in Italy :) Location was perfect for us, few minutes walk from bus and ferry stops (ferries are not that frequent, so check the schedule). We would happily stay again! Thank you Silvia and staff!

Sheer perfection. The food. The hospitality. The beauty. The cleanliness. I genuinely had the most perfect holiday, thanks especially to Silvia and Pietro! Despite my flight getting delayed 3 hours, Silvia met me walking from the bus stop and her family still ensured that I had the most delicious dinner ever. Seriously…at the first bite of the carbonara I think even my ancestors smiled. Now *that* is how pasta should taste! Not least after a chaotic travel day and extraordinarily hectic past few weeks, I felt so moved the minute I arrived, just taking everything in and that sense of finally feeling so at peace. The room was gorgeous and my balcony let me overlook bits of the lake as well. The view of the lake at mealtimes was perfection. I only had to walk a minute to access the private beach, where I spent every afternoon. I a review complaining about it being a pebble beach but… come on now, it’s a lake! I was not expecting white sandy shores lol. The water was clear and lovely, with space for shade and sunbathing. Staff at the hotel took care of everything. Transport options were simple with the bus and ferry; I didn’t have a car but didn’t need one. I met such friendly people. Life there for those three days was simple but exquisite and sheer bliss. A gem! Historical building, rooms are renovated and modern, with a touch of elegant antiquity, very stylish. No keys, you have a personal code to both main door and your room (you get in via watsapp). Comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Located in Lezzeno, a quiet city with beautiful promenade and tiny streets, not many tourists. The place is relaxing and chill. The hotel is 3 mins away from boat station (they are not very often here however, so consider also a bus to be more flexible) The owner Silvia is very friendly and nice

Perhaps the price is a bit higher then you would expect. We had 2 hairdryers in our room, but both didn't work :D

Wonderful, warm welcome. Lovely old building with beautiful courtyard. Extremely comfortable bed - we slept very well. Very good breakfast. We loved how the room was made up while we were having breakfast. The adjoining restaurant is fantastic (though not cheap!)

Very minor quibbles: a cracked sink in our bathroom, and basin plug not working properly.

Lovely, comfortable and clean room - couldn't be better. The terrace used for breakfast was truly very pretty, with a partial view of the lake. Breakfast options (cappuccino, yogurt, croissant, eggs, meat and cheese, fruit, etc) met all expectations and were fresh and tasty.

The property wasn't directly on the lake, so you won't get any views from your room. The only view is the partial view at breakfast. Of course, hotels with lounge areas facing the lake would have been more expensive but this felt missing in an area as beautiful as Lake Como. There was also no hotel sign from the street and rooms should have a wine opener, as wine glasses are included.

The room was spacious and lavishly renovated, and came with a little balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. The breakfast was superb in a very cozy setting.

On a narrow road, dangerous to walk along (even to get to a restaurant). You definitely need a car to get there... but then that is also part of the charm of that lakeside.

We loved everything about this place!! If I could rate it more than 10 stars - i’ll do it. This hotel is very clean and tidy, with magnificent design (mix of “ancient” decor pieces + modern hi-tech style). Location is perfect, near parom station and bus stop. To lake just 30 sec-1 min walk. Breakfast was so delicious! Thank you FOR ALL<3

We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and rooms are stunning and everything was done to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic. Silvia was an excellent host and would go out of her way to make sure her guests were happy. Would definitely recommend!!

The property was one of the nicest I was living in for a long time: Facility was very detailed with lots of pictures and authentic restored furniture out of former times! Sylvia and her husband where very relaxed and welcoming. We round up the day with a delicious dinner at their Osteria which is part of the hotel!

full of character and history. host & hostess were fantastic and rooms were spotless. great location to explore from and very convenient for the ferry.
