The hotel is right on the water, next to the Argegno ferry port - a great location for getting to tourist hotspots such as Varenna and Bellagio. The hotel is a little dated but comfy and clean. The reception staff were the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful and happy. They helped us with booking a taxi to the airport and with the ferry timetable, which can look a bit overwhelming!

Everything was great but room 12 has a massive window with no shutters or curtains. Luckily we had our own eye masks in order to block the light - without these, I think we would have struggled to sleep. The breakfast was ok, at 9:30am I think they had run out of most things and we didn't have much choice.

The location is just a magic, rich of nature and calm. The villa itself is very charming and has a spirit and story. Is very well located so has the best view over a lake. I had a jacuzzi in my room, so this made my stay even more relaxing. Chilling in the tub and admiring splendid view over a lake on each time of a day. Something extraordinary.

There is a problem to get there of what I wasn’t aware in the beginning. Better to get there by own car. There is a ferry which is going to argegno and the harbor is just in front of a villa - but to get there you have to wait for you ticket in a long queue in como. Hard to get a taxi if so there are expensive. No taxi boats, just private shuttles.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Great location, near the port and most restaurants in the village, with private parking included in the price (!). The room was pretty good. The staff is super kind and assertive, everyone speaks fluent French and English. The breakfast is great and rich. The gourmet restaurant is one of the best in the village at a very good price for the quality and quantity of the food/wine. Thank you! ☺️

Everything was perfect

The room was tidy and gave a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast was tasty and staff was always happy to help. Great location to get the ferry or the bus and nice restaurants in the area.

I found the bed a little uncomfortable and pillows a bit flat with no extras (usually in the wardrobe) provided. Also room didn't have basic amenities like a kettle, small iron or robe/slippers.

We stayed in the villa on the water and absolutely loved it! We canceled some other rooms and booked this hotel again for a future trip! Close to restaurants, and we had dinner in the hotel and it was great! Private parking on site!

We spent 1 night in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony & our 2nd night in the Junior Suite with Lake View. Both were spectacular and so spacious. We were right on the water and loved every second of it. I think I preferred the first room as you could lay in bed and look straight out into the balcony with amazing views of the lake, whereas the terrace has a small wall which obstruct some of the view when you are sitting down, but either way each room was more than worth your value for money. The staff were lovely, helpful and very accommodating. The hotels restaurant does amazing dinners, we were blown away by the quality! The little town had nice restaurants/bars and was peaceful as not very touristy. There is also a cable cart (5min walk away) which takes you to the top of a mountain which has incredible views, a restaurant and you can also explore if you like. The main ferry which takes you to the lakes hotspots e.g. bellagio is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. We will most definitely be back!

Breakfast could be a bit more organised, from what I can tell they were a bit under staffed The beds were very very hard.

Small detail, parking gate is open up until 9pm so it was hard every time we came back late/late check-in

The hotels location was great especially the room we booked had a terrace that opened directly to the lake. Amazing view amazing calmness. No noise! I would come back!

The interior is very outdated. The room bathroom was super old and the fan made a very loud noise. The ambience can be made much better by renewing the interior design…
