Large, modern and tasteful room with a comfortable bed. Absolutely clean. Was totally quite when we were there mid June. If you want to park your car use Parcheggio Piazza Libertà (and not the other one!) for 15 EUR/day. Great breakfast nearby in Caffè Del Viale. In 10min you are in the modern center and in the other direction in five minutes you are at the base of the funiculare which lifts you to the old town on the hill.

After you book you get links to web forms to fill out with your details. Thses forms are annoying and totally outdated regarding usability.

It’s an amazing apartment! Really, this location is so convenient because you can walking 7 minutes to funicular and 10 minutes to bus or train station. My window view was on the beautiful square , and I wake up with the church rings. It’s too easy to get inside. You only contact with receptions previously and have a plan. Extremely clean apartment! The bathroom shines and towels are soft. Among other things, it’s an appartments with soul: you have slippers, and coffee, tea, water, corkscrews and even when I need an umbrella Stefania gave me one. One small but important detail- you have own balcony for morning coffee.

The location is excellent, it's a quiet area of town but at the same time it's very close to the funicular to the Città Alta and only a 15 min walk from the train station. The bus to the airport also stops at the opposite side of the road. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are also parking facilities just outside the door. The hostess, Leila, is very polite, friendly and helpful. Communication was superb, both in advance and during the stay. Easy to check in and check out. Our room was spacious, airy and clean. We had one double bed and a single bed, both with good mattresses. Both the room and the bathroom were super clean every day and the water bottles in the fridge and the coffee capsules for the coffee maker were replaced every day. Our stay was solid pleasant that we definitely want to visit Bergamo again, and we will definitely stay at Ginevra Rooms also in future visits to Bergamo. 🙂

The property is very clean, once a day it was cleaned. Also, the apartment position is near a parking place if you come by car or right across the airport bus station (bus no 1) that takes you also to old town on top of the hill. It was also at walking distance (10 mins) from city center where were the restaurants and shops. The owner was very friendly and we received all information to easy get into the room as there is no reception.

The couch was a little squeaky but children did not seem bothered by it.

Nice apartment. Not far from the airport (need to take a bus though). However, it's really convenient to get to the old city from the apartment. Cool bathtub and overall design is good.

It's not really a minus of apartment, but the owners put warnings everywhere. So, it's like, don't throw anything to the toilet, you will be fined, don't forget to return key or you will be fined and so on. Literally every piece of apartment had a warning on it. Also, the attitude. We booked the apartment and get a message after some time. Something like "you need a phone number that works in Italy, otherwise you should cancel the reservation". We had phone number that works in Italy, but the attitude... Again, it doesn't make apartment bad, but kind affects the mood in general.

Jut the thing you need when walking in after a sticky hot day touring the sites of Bergamo. 10 minute walk from the fincular to the Citta Alta (upper city). Next door parking facility cost 15 Euros for 24 hours. Instructions on how to get into the apartment after hours were meticullous. The host which met us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. Not much to say other than perfect.

It was very well serviced- super convenient, fridge in room which really helped in Summer, lovely espresso in the room & a continued supply of water in the fridge replenished daily

I found when we checked in that it was a bit impersonal- which was totally changed the following day when I met the wonderful, friendly & helpful Leila.

This room is on the Piazza San Marco, very close to the Funiculare that can take you to the Citta Alta (old city center). The design of the room and the whole building was very interesting, modern. I liked the balcony and the cafeteria just under the apartment, where you can have a breakfast. The host was very friendly.

I was annoyed with the process of giving the IDs, they asked to fill out the Google Form for each person, which takes much more time than just showing the IDs or sending their photos, as they ask in other places. In the beginning there was a too intense scent of perfumes in the room and whole facility. There is no way of blocking the door and it is accessed by magnetic card, which makes me feel uncomfortable at night.

Great location opposite a park area. Large, modern, tasteful, well equiped room with a fifth floor balcony. Quiet room and great to sit out on the balcony of an evening. Professional and friendly staff. Good communication with the owner to access the property. Netflix and YouTube on the TV, a big plus here in Italy. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Replacement of coffee and water daily.

Excellent stay. Perfect location near both station but also the old town. Just a stone thrown from the furnocular and we also walked back from the old town through the famous gate easily. The apartment is clean, a good size and comfortable. Very good amenities and came with tea, water bottles and more. We met Leila and her colleague who were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again and sad to leave after just one night.
