The staff were really helpful and the place was lovely and comfortable

The front door- we have to ring a telephone number and it does not always unlock, needing several tries, which is a little worrying late at night! I would like to come back but would prefer to have a code for entry, or a key.

Everything was perfect, large room, cute (exactly like on the photos), very clean and comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped, attention was made to each detail (closets, hangers, table paper, fresh bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge). The welcome was perfect, on time, easy to find the place, and I really appreciated to get a full list and extra details about the supermarkets and the restaurants nearby just few seconds after we arrived. How easy!

The only thing which is missing is a nice view but it's not very important because we were most of the time outside, visiting :-)

Everything!!! The apartment was rationally set and of great size. The bed was absolutely comfortable, and the bathroom as well. The entire apartment has windows and so it was bright. There were two TV sets both functioning (which I have found by direct experience is not a given travelling through a variety of accommodations all over the world and especially in Italy). The water pressure everywhere was wonderful. Kitchen perfectly equipped. A special mention to the governess: the entire apartment was sparkling CLEAN! You could see your own reflection on the floors. Location extremely convenient. In conclusion, one of the best stays I have been in.

They appear as hotel when you want to book them, but after you book them you find out that its not. Also be aware that city taxes are not included in the price.

It's a small; but, well equipped flat with a little kitchen, air conditioning and a reasonable size bedroom. Area is quiet at night (we didn't get any noise or bad behaviour in the property).

The flat location is very convenient (10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station and 15 minutes from the Piazza Maggiore). At night, some immigrants sleep in the portico leading to the building where the flat is located. We didn't face any issues; however, we were feeling a bit uneasy due too their presence for potential security risks.

Great room facilities, amazing shower and the location was very convenient for our needs as it was only an 8min walk from the Bologna Centrale train station. Easy to check in and check out, no issues at all. Recommend to do the check in a few hours before as they will ran some checks on your documents and it can take a few hours depending on their working hours (from 12h-20h). Make sure you are connected to the Internet to receive updates on the booking and guidelines on how to proceed

It was clean, comfortable bed , spacious , good convenient safe location and well equipped . Good shower and kitchen had everything even a kettle and espresso. Easy to find location close to both town and train / bus station Better than pictures. Staff, Marco, was very friendly and helpful - available in person during working hours and on phone 24/7 . .

Complex instructions on car parking and getting into the property. One of the codes to the doors didn’t work but they explained we had got there before check in time and were very helpful in setting the code early. Once we had got all the parking and doors out the way everything else was wonderful

excellent room and facilities, excellent location too about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city, 10 minute walk from the railway station, virtually opposite the bus station.

the booking procedure was a bit fiddly...having to photograph yourself with your passport etc, but to be fair they did offer a face to face booking in procedure. However we never saw a soul for the entire trip.

The room was very spacious and contained a lot of amenities - including fully-equipped kitchen, ironing utensils etc. The staff vas very nice and helpful.

In the information about the hotel it wasn't explicitly said that the rooms are in reality individual apartments, therefore, it took me some time to locate the entrance - thus, the check-in procedure was quite challenging.
