The owner is very kind like a mother, my flight is delayed, arrive hotel around 21:30, she came to hotel help me check in. I go outside for food, But it is too late and restaurant we're closed. Then I go back to hotel, eat a bread, yogurt and fruit, But the owner did't charge me money, said small thing. The room is very clean and location is near the train station. I am supprise that owner Did all breakfast by herself, very delicious cakes. The next day I check out, and keep my luggage at the hotel reception for free, the owner give me another key to come back take my luggage by myself. Highly recommend!

Everything is good

The hostess, Elizabeth, was just the sweetest lady. She made us feel very comfortable and prepared fresh, delicious breakfasts every morning! The room was a nice size, she made sure that there was a cot for our little one, and it was cleaned every day. The place is very close to the main station and just a small walk to the city centre. There are also some nice cafes just close by. We would definitely stay there again!

The walls are quite thin but I think that that's standard for Italy. :) Otherwise, nothing else! Everything was perfect!

Very convenient for a short stay in Bologna. Just 5 mins walk to the train station. The area is a little dicey, like around most main stations, but it was safe enough. It’s an easy walk into central Bologna. Finding the hotel was a bit confusing but the owner was waiting outside - clearer instructions or a photo of the entrance would be good. Rooms were very comfortable. Great bed. Blackout shutters worked very well so we slept so well. Breakfast was very nice. It is simple but it is included so good value. The owner made great cappuccinos and then it was self service juice, yoghurt, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants and a selection of homemade baked goods such as tart, brownie and cakes. Everything was very nice but we would prefer more savoury baked options such as quiche. I would stay again and recommend to anyone arriving and leaving Bologna on the train for a short visit. For a long visit being more central may be worthwhile.

It was very clean with good bed and bedding. The breakfast was exceptional selection of sweet and savoury food from the local cuisine. It’s close to the railway station. We walked there in 4 minutes. You are likely to encounter fewer tourists at the local restaurants. Independence street is nearby if you like shopping and active night life.

There is a small amount of noise from the trains if you’re a light sleeper. It’s like a small hotel room with breakfast just outside your door.

Very cozy and well equipped. At the train station but nice and safe region, 15 min from center and very quiet accommodation. Everything is touched to the detail and gives you feeling of home without interrupting personal space. Room comfortable, breakfast is not only tasty, fresh but served beautifully. Basic but quality thing for salty breakfast, as well with cereals and gorgeous pastries. A small Italiano degustation. We arrived after 00:00 and were easily self-checked.

Nothing to complain.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and very quiet considering we were so near the train station and the city. Very comfortable beds, super bathroom and everything spotless. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. I'd read about the breakfast and it certainly met our expectations - Very delicious and a huge choice. If we are lucky enough to visit Bologna again i would choose Torte & Lini for our stay.

Liked everything - nothing to find fault with.

Wonderful breakfast! Our room was spotlessly clean and everyone was so friendly. Very convenient to the train station- just a short walk away. The train tracks are nearby, but very soundproof construction so quiet in our room. The place is in an apartment building, so not scenic surroundings, but well located- we walked everywhere. As mentioned, there is a open kitchen area so we could have a cup of tea at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again when in Bologna.

Great location, very close to bus and train stations and city centre, all within walkable distance. The B&B is not as straight forward to get to if you only follow Google Maps but the host sends specific directions which made it easy to find, just look for Galleria Enrico Astuni. Excellent breakfast spread with a variety of savoury and sweet choices and beverages including alternative non-dairy milks. Betta was there every morning and was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Spacious room with a nice little storage area to put your luggage, lovely design and comfortable bed. We liked having the terrace next to the kitchen for us to sit outside for some fresh air. We couldn't hear any noise from the train station even though we could see the train tracks directly from our room.

Minor issue which couldn't be helped. Quite thin walls between our room and the dining area which meant early morning conversations outside from others can be heard in the room. We had our own ear plugs so it wasn't too bad.

Friendly and easy going welcome, the premises are kept very clean and our room was tidy. The windows do a good job of soundproofing, essential as the train tracks run right behind the stay (which adds convenience to its location). The breakfast experience was very sweet as well, felt homely.

The surroundings look a bit shabby, due to its location next to the train station, which conversely makes it a very convenient location so it balances out.

Cosy place, close to the train station! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything that you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. But the most important part : the breakfast is 100000/10 . Cakes, cheeses, bread, pastries, fresh juice, coffee, anything you can dream off. The only downside is that it's a bit further out of the city center but the road towards it is full with good restaurants and shops !
