Mostly the guys at reception! Most welcoming and helpful people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was great, clean, and super comfy. There was a big free parking lot, good wifi, mini fridge, aricon and large balcony. Also a very nice and quite area.

The breakfast could use some more attention.

Good location in Bolzano. I only stayed one night but Management were happy to leave my car there in the morning so I was able to walk into the city centre so visit the Iceman Museum and explore some of the old town. After driving a few hours to get there it was also ice to spend some time sitting on the balcony and chill in the evening. Easy to get to from the Brenner pass & autobahn

Nice rooms, great spa area like 10/10 with a nice swimming pool. Feels new and modern. Offers parking. Good price.

About 30min walk from the center. Well worth it though.

More than enough car parking spaces in the basement. Lobby and common area of the hotel was very nicely maintained and decorated

Spread of the breakfast was limited and could have been better

The hotel is older at first glance, but the rooms have been upgraded. The room including the bath was nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking slots. Dog friendly.

Higher prices

Staff were friendly, owner was very helpful its the first time that i felt like home in a hotel ! Everything was good about this stay , i would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody

The room was large with beautiful mountain views from two balconies. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with eggs, cured meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and pastries, juices, etc.

The wifi let us on before we were able to enter the password. Then our antivirus app warned us that it was infected with a virus and that snooping software was present.

We felt welcomed in the hotel. Had a spacious rum, very clean with balcony. Advantage: parking in the property

I think the price was higher than I would expect. Also the decoration of the reception and restaurant is a bit old-fashioned.

The location is far from Bolzano center, so you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the restaurant and bar area.

The hotel is located in a quiet area far away from the main road. The staff is really friendly. We got a triple room which was recently renewed. The room's size was good and it was extremely cleaned. In general, the entire hotel is nice and the wellness area functional and well maintained. Really good value for money
