-Beautiful and quite place to stay - Near Bolzano center, you can go on foot or a couple stops by bus - Amazing breakfast and amazing restaurant, always have dinner there - Good territory, especially swimming pool zone and view - Free parking - I had a birthday and hotel provided a nice surprise for me -Amazing room view

- Not enough space for clothes if there are two people - Will be great to have partition between balconies - Cleaning was good but from time to time there was only one big towel, for example, or there was no trash bag or there was no soap.

We stayed two nights at the Magdalener Hof Hotel in December 2022 and I wish we stayed longer! The breakfast was extremely tasty with a great variety of food, including delicious cheese, fruits, ham and cakes. All waiters were super friendly and trilinguals so that they could easily speak with all guests. We had a room with mountain view which was very romantic :). The mattress was also very comfortable and we slept very deeply. A big plus was the gym: spacious, clean, well-equipped and modern! The receptionists were very helpful when we asked for activities to do or recommendations.

I can't wait to go back!

we have stayed here quite a few times and like it very much. There is a secure park for the car. The staff are friendly and helpful. They suggested a trip by bus up the mountain to lovely villages connected by a railway. We were given vouchers for the bus and train and told where to catch the relevant bus which was very close to the hotel. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open on the night we stayed- we know how good it is!

Staff was extremely accommodating, especially Jacob. Very clean. Easy walk to town 20-30 minutes. The #8 bus stops across the street from hotel for transportation into town. Very nice atmosphere. Boutique hotel. Great choices for breakfast buffet. Wonderful restaurant for dinner. Parking underground.

Based on pictures, we thought hotel would be more so in the mountains versus Urban area. Is it a European hotel. So it has a small European size room.

The hotel is great looking, I didn't really get to see the garden but it looks fantastic as well for summer time. I was upgraded upon arrival which was a great bonus. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful throughout. I don't normally eat at hotels' own restaurants but made the exception one night and the food was really good. Great breakfast, nice enough gym, great location for hikes.

No complaints. It's 15-20 minute walk to train station / Bolzano city centre so not exactly close but at the same time the location is great for certain hikes.

The staff of the hotel is very kind and professional. During check-in we received even the card, that permits to have discounts for the visits of the museums and using the public transport. The room was huge with beautiful view on the mountanians. There is a bar, but unfortunately there was not a kettle in the room. Breakfast was good with a big choice of the desserts.

Far from the city center, during the evening not so comfortable to turn without the car (the last bus from the center departs before 9 pm)

We were able to sit on the terrace for breakfast overlooking the mountains and also in the evening if we had dinner there. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied selection of food. Dinner menu was also good but a bit repetitive (ie it did not appear to change in the 7 nights we stayed there). Room was small but adequate with a balcony.

There was no plug near the table top where I had to work on my computer and so I could not charge it whilst I was working. Neither was there a reading light over the table top which seemed a bit unusual. No local restaurants near the hotel as the hotel lies a little outside the town of Biolzano, but there is a bus top right outside.

Our room had just been completely refurbished and was very comfortable and well thought out. The staff was very helpful and the entire property had a warm ambiance. The breakfast was exceptional and they even provided a free bus pass for you to go to the city center and back. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We really enjoyed our stay.

For us the lock was perfect. Impeccable cleanliness, ambience and modern design. The restaurant and the terrace of the hotel are very beautiful. Excellent food and service. Nothing is left to chance. The staff is very kind and even surprised us by giving us a travel card with all means of transport in Bolzano. It was a perfect few days stay. Thanks to the hosts.

We stayed here for one day and it was the nicest stay we've had in years. Amazing view from the window and peaceful atmosphere. Loved the bar on the first floor. The drinks are a little pricey but worth it. Nice pool with a great view of the mountains. It opens at 7:30 аnd the morning swim is especially pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. Especially liked the fresh pastries and delicious coffee which is served in separate kettles so no need to get up for a refill. Our room was also very nice, with a spacious bathroom and air conditioning. Good soundproofing. I would definitely go back to this hotel again if I had the chance. Many buses go to the hotel, but sometimes they don't stop if there are no people at the bus stop, so don't forget to press the "stop" button if you need to get off. Also, if you're waiting at the bus stop, it's a good idea to wave at the bus that's coming up. To show you want to get on.

Would be cool if, in summer, the pool was available at night too. We wanted to swim after 23:00 but it was closed already.
