The location of the hotel is excellent for those travelling with a car and wanting to visit Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra and Firenze. Parking is private and free. The hotel is neat and modern, We stayed in an apartment, which had the comfortable bedroom with TV on the upper level. The staff (special mention to Samir) were very helpful giving us new locations to visit such as the Terme di San Giovanni, in Rapolano Terme. Breakfast was also very good. The Indoor swimming Pool was excellent, very warm, helping us to relax after a long day. It remains open till late and is free of charge as the pre-booked spa.

Nothing really. The sofa beds in the apartment, which we didn't need to use, didn't seem comfortable. We pointed out that we couldn't take a shower near the swimming pool since there was only hot water.

The breakfast and friendliness of staff was excellent. Incredibly friendly with our toddler. Also, the front-desk staff recommendations for day trips were exceptionally thought-out with alternative routes suggested based on our needs.

The parking situation was poor. Some simple white lines would go a long way to resolving the issue. The air conditioning is old and loud in the night, a lot of banging. The swimming pool could be slightly warmer, considering the hotel is promoted to families. Our toddler could only stay in for five minutes maximum.

The hotel has a large parking lot. Walking distance to the train station is about 20 minutes (good to go to Siena). Breakfast at the hotel is fine. The hotel equipment is sufficient. Pool approximately 10x5 m, water pleasant, plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The hotel's equipment is sufficient, I lacked the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant, you need to book a place in advance. Price of main dish is around 20 euros.

Centrally controlled air conditioning. The room was clean, but cleaning and service could be more consistent.

The restaurant further impressed us with its consistently high-quality cuisine, showcasing local flavours and offering a diverse selection at breakfast. Precise House Montaperti provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and personalized service, making our stay in Siena truly memorable. We highly recommend this charming establishment to fellow travellers seeking a refined and welcoming haven for their Tuscan adventures.

Quietness, availability of swimming pool and SPA area, free parking, solid wifi. For a hotel with 4 stars, the breakfast offer could have been better (lack of vegetables, powdered scrambled eggs etc), although great coffee and cakes were offered. Very nice restaurant for evening meals available on-site. Nice and helpful personnel.

It was quite cold in the room because heating system was deactivated on April 15 (allegedly Italian regulation) whereas temperatures during days and nights were relatively low. We had to ask for extra blankets and drink hot tea to warm up before sleeping. Hotel is quite dated and requires some maintenance (loose handles, unstable shelves and hangers). Tight shower cabin, minimal space at the wash basin. No heater for drying towels. Balconies were shared with other rooms so due to no privacy we haven't used it.

Staff kindness, room size, pool always with pleasant temperature and cleanliness of spaces. Pet friendly hotel (but check before the type of accommodation that allows pets). Spacious accommodation with good air conditioning. A very good breakfast with options for celiacs and intolerant people (gluten and lactose). Free parking and great Wi-fi in our room. *Spa area is extra charged.

I missed a better organization of the daily cleaning. I did not have a cleaning one day and then I had to take care of it on the other days. The old fitness room with few equipment that doesn't work, no air conditioning and no dumbbells available. Restaurant is not open for lunch if you need to stay at the hotel and in the surroundings you can't find options easily. Mattress in my room (108) probably old and deformed; uncomfortable.

The location was great, it was really easy to explore Tuscany from there! The area was also really peaceful and beautiful. All facilities were clean, and the pool was a nice place to hang out. The hotel’s own restaurant was a positive surprise, food in there was actually really good! Breakfast was decent.

There were dogs living in the same area, that woke us up every morning before 6 am. They barked continuously in the mornings. Of course this is not the hotel’s fault, but it affected our stay.

The hotel is fine with a nice enough room and a great pool which was half covered and had movable covers for the other half (not required when we were there). The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly close to Siena where we went to eat at night which was beautiful.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and just a large hotel feel rather than the cosiness of a B & B where we get to chat to the owners. Great for our one night stay but we prefer B & B's overall.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, excellent heated pool, amazing breakfast.

We were not in main building so it makes it really complicated to go to the pool especially when its cold and raining with 2 small kids - you have to go outside and get in the other building. Also, it was unfortunate that we had very bad weather while heating in the hotel was already off (as it was May) and could not be turned back on. There was no dishwashing liquids nor napkins for dishes and fridge is not suitable for any food.

Staff were nice and polite, maybe except one of the waiters at the restaurant but overall a good experience. The food at the restaurant was nice, breakfast was nice as well. The family apartment we've rented was huge, with plenty of space for everything. I really liked the duplex layout.

General maintenance needs to be improved. It was a challenge to figure out how to put the lights on in the living room area as multiple switches are all over the apartment, just a little confusing. The apartment door is a heavy security door and the lock was super stiff, the shower including the cabinet needs a little attention. These are nuances but could improve the overall good experience.
