Initially I had booked our stay here for two nights, but our plans changed along the way, and we only stayed one night. Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't even get to enjoy the lovely breakfast and it did look great. The hotel is in a good location just outside the city wall. I chose this hotel for the carpark, the proximity to the historical center and the swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and booked a taxi for us the morning we had to rush off to the train station. I highly recommend.

The room was a bit small but as I said we only spent one night so it absolutely didn't matter. We had a nice view of the center from our bedroom window.

The location was excellent with truly magnificent views of Siena city from the breakfast room and from our bedroom (no 43). The breakfast was exceptional for a continental breakfast with lots of choice and everything was high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free car parking was a massive perk and the swimming pool area, when open, is an enormous asset to the hotel.

The only thing that was disappointing was the bathroom, In particular the shower cubicle, which was mouldy and badly in need of replacement, though the shower itself was excellent.

Went to Siena to watch the Palio, this hotel was a great option. It’s just outside the walled city with amazing views and a pool!!!! The breakfast was good, bus stop a 100m from the hotel and everything you need close by. I would recommend this hotel, especially with a pool to cool off after walking around all day.

These are minor dislikes, the curtains could be thicker given the long sunlight hours in summer and longer pool opening hours would be amazing but not sure if there are restrictions in Italy. Some evenings you come back to the hotel and you just want to cool down but the pool is locked.

Good location just outside city wall with parking & excellent views of Siena. Comfortable bed, clean, quiet room. Pool was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee and tea. Ricardo was very informative.

Judging from low level mould in shower and some floor tiles, our room (16) obviously had a long standing issue with water not draining from shower, which resulted in unpleasant showers on first night. It was partially resolved for second night but needs permanent fix. A lot of pool equipment left around the pool all the time, spoils good view. Quite a few dirty ashtrays outside. Go earlier for better choice at breakfast. Slow, inefficient toaster for so many people.

Location is awesome, 15m walk to Ik Campo! The pool is a gift on/after a hot day. We found the option to get some food and drinks at the pool very nice and convenient. The coffee (!) and breakfast is in buffet, Italian, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yogurt, etc. Staff are sweet and smiley. The room is spacious, proper airco, had a lovely view of the city. Would book this hotel in a heartbeat when visiting Siena. Especially during Palio, because of the parking.

The location of this hotel was excellent for visiting Siena. The swimming pool was an added bonus - we didn't have time to use it. The view from the breakfast room was exceptional. The pressure of the shower was so nice. Beds were comfy. Lady at reception was lovely.

This is a simple hotel with little features you don't expect - gym, pool - nothing to complain about....

Amazing view from the window. Great swimming pool. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Short walk to old city gate and nice distance from the main square. Easy to get a bus up the hill, then walk back down.

Some guests were left with little or no choice for breakfast because when the buffet spread was gone (after about the first hour) it was gone! If you like a lie in then be prepared for coffee and little else beyond a boiled egg!

The location, the garden, the view, the breakfast, and the pool (even if we could not use it because of the weather), the professional and friendly attitude of the staff and managers. We could park our car at the hotel, which was what we needed.

In one of the bedrooms the curtain did not cover the window enough to block the morning light and the bathroom could benefit from renovation, but it had a great view of the old town !

Warm and friendly welcome. Superb attitude and great staff. Sometimes it means more than all other facilities. We got a lot of tips on where to go and where to eat and we used these tips and were happier. The location was perfect, especially since you arrive by car. Just a short walking distance to the old town of Siena. Fantastic panoramic view from the hotel restaurant. Variety of choices for breakfast. We were happy that we choose this hotel. We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Everything was beyond expectations: first, the location, with view to the exceptional Siena skyline from both the swimming pool and the restaurant, and close to Porta Pispini, where you can reach Piazza il Campo in less than 15' calmly walking; then, all the staff, extremely kind and helpful; the bed comfort, also surprisingly good though not exceptional; and also the parking, big enough, discrete, and very close to the rooms.

I can't really remember anything ... well, maybe, the comfort of the chair in the room was enough, although not to modern ergonomic standars
