We loved our stay here! The best view we had on our trip to Italy, and the biggest space. Everything was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the washing machine. Bathroom compact yet efficient, bed very comfortable. Very short walk to the bus stop and an entrance into Siena, as this place is just outside the wall. We loved walking around Siena and exploring. We decided to stay here because of the location and it has free parking. Even though our car rental fell through, we were happy to have stayed here. We had one very rainy day, so picked up pasta and made our own dinner. Had all the equipement we needed to make a nice meal and eat it at home. Aurora at reception was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to Siena.

This is not a "didn't like" but a heads up to other travellers. We had to purchase our own coffee pods, which we didn't have to do anywhere else in Italy. The kitchen is well equipped but there are no condiments - not even salt or pepper or oil. They did provide one washing machine pod and one dishwasher pod for our four night stay. You cannot get Netflix, or Youtube on the tv. TV stations only.

The bed was so soft! A lot of the beds I’ve had in Italy have been hard, I finally got a good nights sleep! I had a whole apartment with small kitchen area, even a washer/dryer for clothing AND there are views from the balcony. Location was great, 10min walk to Siena center. Staff was so friendly when we checked in, gave us advice on what to do in the area. This was one of the best stops on my Italy trip. Definitely worth a visit and stay here!

Literally nothing, perfect place to stay!

Location to the ancient city was excellent. Good sized apartment with excellent facilities. We had a Studio Unit (Room 103) with a balcony which was great and the unit was very quiet and comfortable. Front reception staff (Gaia I think) was very helpful with any questions. The Aircon worked well during the hot days and the refrigerator also worked extremely well (compared to some place we had stayed). I can highly recommend this residence if ever visiting Siena.

A couple of very minor things. The shower kept going hot and cold but it was manageable. The bedroom curtains could not be pulled fully across to cover the windows. We had to tuck them behind the shelf. Both these items were easily fixed.

the location is good.. just 10 mins walk from the center of Siena. the apartment is nice and just right for us family of three. the parking is very nice..

The apartment was comfortable, and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plenty and reserved for residents of the hotel. They location is perfect to visit historical center of Siena, some 10-15m away on feet.

The pillows were quite hard and getting a good sleep can be a problem.

I have picked up the location because of availability of easily accessible parking space and walking distance towards city center (It is quite important in these old Italian cities with small streets, especially if you have bigger car). I liked how spacious the apartment was and that it was exactly as on the photos. There was always enough parking space, only once I had to find smaller place under an olive tree (next day the car was fully covered by small pieces of the tree haha).

I will mention nothing major here, as I had my expectations and these were met. Apartment is clean, on the other hand exact opposite of "cozy". It is furbished in very "spartan" style. There is AC in both rooms of the apartment, but it worked with its own mind sometimes. Bed I appreciate with hard mattress, this was extremely soft one. But that is subjective.

Proximity to the city walls and amenities with good views. Friendly welcome by staff at the hotel. Safe off street parking for our vehicle. Sufficient room to have dinner with friends.

The shower mechanism requires replacing, as well as the cubicle which leaked water.

The staff Aurora was very nice, welcoming, and helpful allways with a smile. The location is excellent very close to the old city. A very good addition was the free parking just few steps away. We have enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.

Very warm welcome by the host, who already prepared a map of Siena highlights on arrival. The appartment complex is located at walking distance from Siena, and has a private parking, which makes it a great location for a Siena visit. The appartment contains all necessities including a small kitchen.

A balcony or other outdoor space would have been great for relaxing, and the appartment would profit from some maintenance and repairs. But nothing serious!
