Lovely quiet location but accessible by bus. Pool area great for relaxing after a day sightseeing. Views amazing. Friendly host. Shower had good pressure. Towels and bedding provided.

Kitchen was not well appointed. Lack of utensils, no kettle, no washing up liquid, tea towels etc. No housekeeping despite us staying for a week.

The villa was very nice place in the countryside with everything well organized and clean. The scenery was breathtaking behind the villa. I was very impressed with the antiquity at the place. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed my stay.

A little more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. The internet was extremely poor inside the home. But if you moved just slightly outside the front door reception was good.

Everything about this Villa was excellent and marvelous. Not only the villa but also the staff was very very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is our most favorite part of the villa. We spent most of our time there and the room was so spacious and clean. The views from the villa were really breathtaking. We really enjoyed the stay, feeling very relaxed and will come back for sure. Thank you !!

The property was amazing well presented and the staff were outstanding, they gave us hreat recomendations of close places to eat which were equally fantastic, The Villa is conveniently located just off a moterway so quite easy to get to if driving, i would suggest you self drive for this location as there is mich in walking distance around

The beds wernt the best comfort wise but everything else was great

The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful pool and garden. A lot of space to spend the time outside, also very private. We had a spacious apartment with kitchen and dining room. I think for the money we payed the facilities received were really good. Hosts are welcoming and really helpful. Recommend this place!

This was absolutely a gem we found, traveling unplanned thru Tuscany. This property basically rents out small airconditioned apartments in a beautiful old mansion on top of the hills surrounding Siena. We had a nice bedroom, living room with kitchenette, fridge, stove . (In short you can can make simple lunch/dinner). There is no breakfast service but that was just fine for us as we were close to shops and supermarkets at 10 minutes drive. In the village you can also find all the basics needed for this. It is Italy "pur sang" , with incredible nice restaurants at 5 minute driving distance and the icing on the cake is certainly the pool. It is huge, fresh and the view from the surrounding terras is breathtaking. The staff are all young students, very friendly and helpful. Again, within this budget a good place to enjoy this area, nature and beauties of Tuscani /Chianti.

The only improvement for me would be beds at the pool. If the property is fully booked, hardly half can enjoy to take a nap under the tuscan sun. You have to get up early and sadly enough drop your stuff on your seat or you'll be on the floor. ....

Good location not far from Siena with nice panorama and garden. They allowed us to park our car there until we cycled some days in Toscana. Appreciated. The room simple but clean and has a charme and fit to this villa. We liked it.

Great location with a great vie. Stay here and get the rooms up fop. Bit of a climb up the stairs but well worth it. Restaurant 3 min drive down the road which is beautiful. Well worth the stop.

great! very rustic and Italian. modest accommodations and sufficient. beautiful scenic area! the owners were so nice. I left my purse at the only coffee shop in town and they went to see if it was still there and held it for us. great people! they also recommended a delicious farm to table dinner place right down the street.

it’s really quiet and have an amazing view, it’s 15-20 minutes to seina, there is a swimming pool and lots of outside places to relax and enjoy the view

it could be a little more clean, there is lots of spider webs and it’s quite disturbing
