Our room was cosy and nice, close to the most beautiful attractions of the city. Also the host was very helpful, whenever we had questions regarding places to visit, public transport etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who visit Catania!

Great place for stay. Super location, a few minutes from the centre but not in the hustle and bustle of the city making it very quiet. In a big summary, room very well looked after and clean. The owner very careful about details and comfort. Simple and clear details on how to get in/check-in, check-out. If we ever come back to Catania (I'm sure we will :) ) we will definitely use this place for stay. Fully recommended! :)

Perfect place for a holiday in Catania. Fantastic location, extremely nice owner and cleaning lady. Room cleaned daily, towels changed every 2 days. There are fantastic local places to eat right next to the hotel!!! You can also buy local vegetables and fruits!!! Very close to train or bus station !!!

To start with the helpfulness of the owners who take good care not only of the establishment but also of their own customers. I booked for my parents and since I’m abroad I couldn’t guide them and point them out where to go,eat and so on BUT luckily the people of B&B GISIRA took their time to explain into detail the whereabouts and help and be there where needed. So from my end I would like to thank you personally and keep it up. Definitely recommend for any couple/solo/family etc. Location right in the heart of the Catania. Nearby bus stations. Marvellous restaurants. Good value for money. Thank you!

Our visit to Catania was mainly for shopping purposes. So the location for us was very well located. A few minutes walk took us to the flea market and access to buses was easy from Piazza Duomo. The location might seem a bit dodgy but at night it was lit up with restaurants' lights and you could notice passers-by late in the evening too. Will definitely go again.

Smelly bathroom. Probable needs a water trap in a pipe. Shower is the smallest shower I’ve used during my 72 years on this planet. I know the accomm is good value, but, come on.

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious enough and centrally located. The room decor was very lovely. The landlord was very helpful and friendly with us. We will visit again for sure. Thanks for a lovely stay.

BBGisira is situated in the very centre of old town, in the middle of colourful and aromatic food market, 3 minutes walk from the Basilica and Via Etnea. Rooms are perfectly ckean, comfortable and our hostess was amazing and helpful.

Great atmospheric location right above the friuit stalls of the market which transforms into a restaurant space at night. Just around the corner from the Duomo. Excellent communication from host. Easy digital check in and host very happy to store bags as we had an evening flight
