This place is out of time ! The communication with the staff was excellent and smooth. They contacted me, way before my arrival via whatassap and tried their best to accommodate us the best they could ! Josy who is in charge of the cleaning is super friendly, helpful, sweet and hard worker.The room, lobby, ...were super clean !located on the top floor of a beautiful building, our room #2 was excellent! Very well isolated ( we didn't hear a thing from our room ) Modern, clean, coffee expresso machine and hot water/ electric kettle available ( coffee and tea bags with sugar also available ) the bed was comfy, the place was very clean, the bathroom was very clean and nice.(soap and liquid soap available) TV screen , closet, and lights all over ( ceiling, side table, entrance ..) beyond all the great things i could add i highly recommend suites del duomo because it's is simply THE BEST LOCATION IN CATANIA ! The view from my room was breathtaking!! In the middle of il duomo and direct view on the elephant .

The bedroom was not huge but honestly more than enough! to enjoy all it had to offer . The elevator is very slow .. at least there was an elevator;-)

We stayed in Catania for only 1 night of our 14 day trip of Sicily. The accommodations at this venue were renovated with a modern flair and although the space was small, it was very comfortable. The view of the piazza was beautiful. The building has an elevator, making luggage transport easier.

We arrived during a garbage strike in the city. I felt like safety here was questionable. Be prepared that the front entrance of the building is not car accessible and a little tricky to find. We were not prepared for our parking requirements and this made our start a little aggravating. Save yourself this aggravation and make sure you have your parking sourced before your arrival. Also, ensure your parking has security.

Fantastic central location, which made exploring Catania really easy. The room was well done, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too, and everything was immaculately clean. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're doing a short stop in Catania.

The listing advertised breakfast included (to be had in room), but we couldn't figure out how that worked as it wasn't made clear. Perhaps more on us than on the hotel though! It didn't matter anyway, because there are loads of fantastic cafes all around to grab breakfast in.

Excellent location right on the main Duomo square. Great views of the Duomo and surrounding streets. In the middle of the action for tourist activity. Room was large and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bit difficult to drop luggage if you have a car due to restricted street access and heavy traffic. Breakfast is not an option but there are many good local cafes. Lift only goes to level 2 so have to carry bags one more flight to level 3 - these are only small inconveniences to be aware of as overall this is a very good choice to enjoy your stay in old town Catania.

1) Centrally located, literally just a few seconds away from the heart of the city overlooking the Cathedrals and the fountains in the square. 2) The room is modern, with individually controlled air-conditioning in the room which is the most loved feature in the room. The bathrooms are clean and nice, overhead showers with good water pressure and a great view of the duomo from the windows which was amazing. 3) Pricing was very reasonable and communication was very good

1) As this is more like a AirBnB, it was not possible to get extras like pillows in the night as the desk is only occupied during certain times. 2) Proximity to the square meant the noise levels are too high. On our 2 nights we could hear all the songs from the artists performing at the square, police sirens and loud people walking by the side of the building. Double glazing would solve this.

Lovely spacious room.. Very clean. Air conditioning very good. Excellent location- best in Catania!

No local map or any information about the city provided. View would have been brilliant except the outside of the building was covered in scaffolding, obscuring the view alot. I think the hotel should have offered a discount as main reason I booked this place was for the view! Hard to locate late at night in pouring rain, lucky taxi driver helped me. Kettle did not work

Room was nice and clean and comfy and well situated. Allesandra was extremely helpful and assisted with all my questions.

There is a small lift. It goes to the second floor and I had to carry my very heavy suitcase up the last flight of stairs. This is only a problem if you have a heavy suitcase though. (And it was extremely hot outside) . However, the lovely aircon quickly made up for the bit of effort. Also the photo in the advert shows a bigger room with view on the square. Ours was smaller with view to a side street. Not the end of the world, but just an observation.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! First of all, you can't get any closer to the Piazza del Duomo if you tried. Secondly, if you're lucky to get a room with a view of the Duomo, it will blow your mind. Despite overlooking the Piazza, the room was very quiet. The bathroom was clean, and we loved everything about the stay! Special shout out to Alessandro (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Upon arrival, I called on the intercom, & she gave instructions on how to get up to the Suites. Unfortunately, I followed the lady before me up the stairs so I was so lost!! Pay attention to the directions so you get to the correct Suites. Alessandro was very patient & kind even though I'm the one who messed up. I will not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Catania!!

Central location was two steps from Piazza Duomo. I couldn't be closer. I had a small window with the Duomo right across the Piazza. Beautiful view. Modern efficient room and decor. Bathroom also. Vanessa was very quick with communication. Good AC. Great area for excellent restaurant options. 10 minute walk to easy bus ride to Catania airport.

With it being right on the Piazza.... the area and the Piazza is very lively. So it was quite noisy quite late on a Saturday night. Can hear noise with windows closed. Elevator only goes up to 2nd floor so you have to carry suitcase up one flight more to 3rd floor.

1 - Location was great because it was close to everything! But it comes with a bad thing, it was very noisy outside. People doing partys and the truck cleaning the streets at 3am ... 2- The bath was great 3- The bed was very comfo 4- It was very clean 5- the bathroom was great

1- nespresso coffee maker too tiny, no real cups, only pastic cups, come on 2- the small fridge was not working well, our champagne bottle could never reach cold enough temperature... 3- no champagne glasses
