Great hotel, incredible views. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Great facilities, great location right beside town.

It took us 20min to get the attention of the waitress in the near empty bar then 20 more minutes to get a drink, the cocktails were FAR below standard (how do you muck up a Mojito so badly?), like seriously terrible and the singer/pianist was hilariously bad (his poor singing was the highlight of our experience, it was so bad it was funny). They have the best views from the deck and we only went there once after that experience we dined/drank elsewhere in town.

The room was clean and with nice view ! The fact that they are cleaning the room twice a day is amazing, they take care of the small details like preparing glass of water by the bad! The breakfast was good with beautiful view of the mountains. The stuff was helpful with good recommendations on the area! The spa is really good to relax at the end of the day. Great location with parking.

I’m pregnant and it was really hard to get well done egg in breakfast (it took a lot of time). Even when they tried it wasn’t cooked enough.

Exceptional breakfast with the most variety we've ever experienced....and the thickest, fluffiest pancakes! Extremely accommodating staff!

Dinner menu at the main restaurant was way too eclectic for our tastes, even though we've dined all over the world. This would have been okay had there been a variety of other offerings that were more mainstream. But there were not, so we ended up eating in the secondary restaurant/bar area.

Everything about this property was wonderful. A beautiful interior with amazing artworks. Every staff member was outstanding in every area. We had the best stay, feeling sad to leave as we were treated with such care and a genuine effort from all to make our stay very special. The Savoy restaurant and staff were amazing on our visits there. The food excellent quality and presentation.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Excellent staff and service, especially the concierge and front staff. Would recommend this hotel to everybody who enjoys luxury and great service. The gym was good and the breakfast was very good. Great bar and restaurant. Truly a fantastic hotel.

The beds was not to comfortable and there was a perfume smell in the room that came from the aircondition that was overwhelming.

The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The reception staff were friendly and organised, the concierge was knowledgeable, the bar staff could make a great drink and the restaurant staff were attentive. The rooms were recently refurbished (except bathrooms - see below) and brilliantly presented. Great location, being moments away from Cortina centre.

The bathrooms are more than adequate but were not part of the recent refurbishment. Otherwise the hotel is fantastically presented in a great location in Cortina.

Friendly staff , excellent location within walking distance to the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area , great breakfast , awesome facilities including lobby area , restaurant , sports/cigar bar , spa , and ski room which is very useful. Departure flight was early , hotel staff were very kind and prepared breakfast-to-go boxes. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

All was from the highest standard.Besides all the excellent facilities what stood out were the stuff all over , from cleaning ladies through breakfast and restaurant stuff through excellent reception and concierge services including parking attendants , The hotel is managed to perfection.

Shower room too small and uncomfy, the outside stairs to walk down to the ski room can be a bit unsafe, Hotel transport is exceedingly expensive,

The most friendly and accommodating staff I have met in a very long time. From the owner personally receiving us to reception accommodating last a minute restaurant reservation for 8 guests! The rooms and grounds of this historic hotel ooze character and charm.
