Location

The breakfast could be better. The location is excellent. The rooms are a little outdated. You have to take care of parking yourself, although there is a hotel parking lot, so if it is busy, you have to park further down the street, which is one-way, so you have to circle the whole city to park. The staff does not takes over the vehicle for parking.

We were provided interconnecting rooms which was great. The rooms were a bit dated but spacious. Great balconys with great views and we were on the 4th floor (top floor) of the hotel which was great. The location is almost perfect - in the centre of the town. On the same street, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, pubs, designer brands and department store too. The hotel does have a few private parking spots but you cannot reserve a spot. You have to be lucky to get a spot. Luckily I got the hotel parking all 4 days of my stay. If that is full, you have the option of paid public parking which is a 3 mins walk to the hotel.

The rooms are a bit dated. And another thing that irked me was that despite paying almost 200 euros per night per room, they did not even provide a single water bottle in the room. Bottled water is charged. Apart from that, nothing much to complain about.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff (especially Roberta) made us feel extremely welcome and they all went the extra mile for us. Roberta enquired about activities on our behalf and also made sure our room was warm on arrival since I was not feeling well. The breakfast staff remembered my ask for ketchup from the day before. We received such a high standard of service from all of the staff at the hotel- it made our holiday! Also, our room was so charming. We had skylight windows from which we could see all of the stars from our bed at night and the small room meant that it was kept warm. The hotel is on the made stretch of road in Cortina which made travel very convenient.

An absolute gem of a hotel in the Dolomites! The hotel was really in the Center of town. Very comfortable and luxurious, most especially the dinner included in our half board was superb, 4 courses and the choices of dishes changed every night. The staff, Leonardo , Alex and Andrea were simply the best. We parked our rental car was just next to the hotel, and they have storage for ski gear. After skiing, the sauna was very good. We will definitely come back and stay and recommend this hotel.

It was a totally amazing experience. The hotel was centrally located, just bang in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars, however it was not noisy at all. Thanks to this, we could enjoy a relaxing and nice evening/night after dinner just roaming the streets of cortina. I found this to be important as most hotels in this region are just cut off from any restaurants with the need to drive to get to one. Moreover, we once decided to have dinner at the hotel because of a thunderstorm and we truly loved the experience. All the staff were truly great and considering. We checked out of the hotel at 4am due to an early flight, and they prepared a varied packed breakfast for us to take on the road. Very considering! Service was amazing, and all the staff were always so welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s right in the town centre, and there is a ski bus stop right outside. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (particularly about food and wine) and the food was excellent.

The hotel is tired and could do with a refurb.

Somewhat small clean room with modern bathroom but no bath hooks and non functioning hair dryer. Location is excellent. Breakfast quite adequate. We noticed that hotel rates were much higher during this stay compared to a year ago. At a reasonable price point this would be a good choice and we would stay here again.

After a long trek in the Dolomites, we asked if we could check into our room early, and the staff quickly got our room ready by 10:30am, 5.5 hours before our original check-in time! It allowed us to shower and relax for our day in Cortina. Additionally, the location was an absolute perfect jumping off point to explore the town!

Beds were a bit stiff.

Location of our hotel was quit OK. Ski shutlle station was near by and it takes only few minutes to both of the ski slopes Tofana and Cristallo. Breakfast and dinner at hotel was over expectation, especialy dinners were good prepared and with different flavours.

Wellness olny had Finnish sauna, while steam sauna was out of order

The rooms are charming and in mountain style, clean and tidy. The hotel is in an excellent location, at the beginning of the promenade and near the Tofane ski lift. Brekfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

The spa center is a bit small, but it is functional and tidy
