The stay at Hotel Berta was great. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was amazing. Staff would make sure the food was constantly being replaced if ran out of anything. Only had a couple of others meals at the hotel but was there nice.

The room was small but it did state small double bedroom when booking. When people walking past our room of an evening they could be a bit chatty but that’s not the hotels fault. People should stop there conversations when passing rooms!! Overall a great place to stay and relax and close to amenities. Either by walking or transport eg buses.

My daughter and me we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof, however, one of them wasn't working, but It was not a busy time just one other family was there so it was nice and relaxing. The lady came to order a day meal. She prepared the table and bring food and drinks to us on the roof. She was so nice lady, we talked about Italian music, she was lovely. While we were out the Housekeepers cleaned our room and left it refreshed, when we came back from a hot day it was so pleasant to relax in the room as it was nice and clean and smelled good.

Our room was really small, the windows was facing to inside big balcony ( we didn't had balcony) which I guess ppl go for a cigarette. We didn't opened the window but still we could smell sometimes cigarettes in our room. On booking.com it was says that room does have bidet in the toilet but there wasn't, I guess we get not that room what we booked.I did asked reception about that he told me that they are fully booked and don't have any other rooms available.

All the facilities were brilliant. Fantastic rooftop sunloungers and jacuzzis which were easy to book in. Really good breakfast and great coffee. The staff were always pleasant and kind. Also a really peaceful hotel.

Parking was full on arrival and had to leave car on a street out of sight. Unsure if theres the abilitly to reserve parking. Not a fault but Location is a good 40-1hr walk from Sirmione town, you can drive there and park which is handy but spaces are scarce in peak times. Buses available but long wait times between connections as you have to get 2 . other than that cant fault this hotel!

Everything was just perfect. We were in Italy for week, visited 5 different hotels but this was the best one. Staff here was realy nice and helpfull, especially young guy with longer hair at reception. Room was clean, just like on pictures. AC was working. Pool was nice and clean aswell. Breakfast was really good. Best i had at any hotels. Salmon sandwiches, pannacotta, mini quiches or little salty croissants. Really good. Jacuzzi on the top of the hotel with nice view on Lago di Garda, which was righ next to the hotel. They let us to use pool and jacuzzi 1hour before opening because we were leaving that day. Reccomending!

Maybe little fridge on the room would be nice. Also since there is a pool and jacuzzi, i would aprecciate atleast little shampoo to use. There was only shower gel. Last thing, i dont know why, happened to me at almost every hotel in Italy, even we booked room for two people, there was only one big towel, one medium and one small for hands. Everything should be twice, atleast the big towel, but except that i really reccomend this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with great staff and food . The quadrouple room which I shared with husband and 18 year old and 15 year old was bigger than expected we also had a balcony. the hotel was spotless I can't recomend hotel Berta enough We were there 16 to 23 August 2023.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel . It would be slightly easier to get around with a car but saying that we did manage with the busses and a stop not far away.

Very clean and bright rooms and common areas. Wifi worked very well. Excellent breakfast, like in 4-5* hotels: fresh and big selection, different every morning. Nice location and beautiful view to the lake from the rooftop terrace. There are some restaurants in walking distance (1,5 km). Excellent early check-in time. Children liked the pool.

There could be a small fridge in the room, this is not directly a minus, but a suggestion for even better service.

I liked the staff kindness, from the women at the reception to the waiters. The room was superb and clean, and the terrace in front of the lake was exceptional. The location was also good. You can go for a nice walk, and you can also find places to have something. I strongly recommend the sunset... Finally, the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied. Therefore, it is a fully recommended hotel.

Anything. Every detail was covered, so we spent a wonderful stay.

Rooftop hot tub was wonderful. The breakfast was really great. A/C in the room was very nice. Location was good, very nice restaurants nearby. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Shower was slightly broken. Still worked for the most part. Finding parking was a bit challenging, there is very little on the street and nothing in the underground. Hottub is closed by 7pm which was kind of lame.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, linking us with a taxi for us to explore the area. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen in terms of quality and choice. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful and elegant with a relaxing touch. Our rooms were perfectly clean with comfy beds, and a great size balcony. The pool was also clean with enough seating nearby, and the bar staff were quick and made great drinks.

We had some trouble working our TV however this didn’t bother us much because we spent more time at the pool and exploring the area rather than in the room.

Really friendly staff, great roof top whirl pools and lovely pool and pool area. Loved the bar for snacks and pizza etc. the location was a nice long walk to Desenzano and Sirmione. Staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

It was a bit noisy with guests arriving in the night. The flush on the toilet wasn’t very good but room was nice. I wish I’d have paid more for a balcony with a view.
