My first impression was lovely staff working in this hotel .Paolo mainly make my stay really enjoyable and Erica was really nice and polite and friendly as well .The manager of hotel looking after place very well .It was lovely to see every morning cleaning pool and scrubbing the pool ready for lovely day for guest to spent. The breakfast was ok for me and my son as I am not really fussy person and love coffee from machine or from bar .Always fresh bakery ,milk ,fruits and a lots of other options .If you fancy with lunch next door and another hotel offer discount for lunch and dinner if you are member of this hotel .Both restaurant average but good . If you looking for hotel where you can have comfy sleep and shower ,this hotel is perfect ..They have tv as well but i did not come to watch tv and hairdryer in bathroom could be very useful :) Housekeeping was really lovely and come every day to change towel and take rubbish or change linen . The most days we have been out but if i want to relax I could spent time in pool and have any drink I wish from bar. Upstairs on the roof is sitting where you can get nice heat and lovely relax. You can see around town a bit and pool.I had balcony so I could dry my wet stuff. Thank you Paolo for lovely stay and hopefully we will be back and definitely recommend this hotel .

The hotel situated in good possession,and adjoining to wonderful restaurants famous for sea food, the staf always smilingly & helpful. Offering Rich breakfast. Closed to the beautiful beach.

I wonder if all the hotels in such areas as Riccione or up around Jesolo and Eraclea try to cheat tourists by giving them a different room than the one they booked. I got bad experience in both places. Here at this hotel, I got a room with a view of nothing, a tin roof maybe 5 square meters big with no view at all although I booked a room with a view of the city as there was no sea nearby. How far to the sea it was to go I don't know as I didn't try it. I went to the reception to appeal so I had to change rooms with view over town. It was one room for a family, 1 double bed and a bunk bed, but not a smaller room for 1-2 people only. The bathroom was OK, but the toilet seat and bidet were too close to each other so you had to squeeze in a bit. If a person was a little thicker, it would be a problem for him. However, the bed was good and comfortable. Wifi, on the other hand, worked very poorly and you only got a connection on your mobile phone, not on the iPad or the computer, completely impossible. The breakfast was only Edam cheese and ham, eggs and yogurt were there but that was all. Apart from loads of cakes etc. I was going to stay there for two nights and decided to leave the hotel the day after because it was not what I thought it would be. In addition, there were not many restaurants, one was around the corner, certainly big, but so many people and others had to stand and wait until it became free, so it was not nice. Opposite there was a smaller restaurant and it was full too. Maybe there were a few more a little further away, but I couldn't bear to go and look for them, so I got take away food and ate it in the room instead. I didn't have a refund room but tried to get a refund for the second night but I didn't get it. I left the hotel anyway and found another hotel instead.

Room size, quality of the room itself. The shower door was not closing properly and the bathroom door broke during our stay.
