Excellent value for a family of five. Comfortable beds, little additional space (not needed), and clean and perfectly functional bath/shower. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Location couldn’t be better. Easy access by tramway from airport, even with luggage. Will use again shouldvour travels bring us back to Florence.

We loved our stay at the Annabella Hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence. The staff were really lovely and helpful and gave us great tips for our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was charming. The rooftop terrace with its picturesque view was a wonderful place to relax after a long day of enjoying the city. I definitely recommend it for visitors to Florence.

The breakfast was good. Small amount of hot food available.

The shower was small and the seals on the floor needed replacing as during a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. My wife left a sentimental garment at the hotel and I emailed them days ago, and still no response. Very noisy in the evening until midnight with young people staying there.

The girl at the reception was gentle, nice and friendly. She gave us all information about our stay in the hotel in a kind and clear way. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and verious.

On the floor of the shower i found a bottle of gel that looked diluted with water and it seemed like previous guests had left them there. Very limited quantity of cleaners. The self-service area in the breakfast room is not very comfortable. There is no space where to put the food tray, the coffee machine is old and inclined, the coffee cap was risking to slide down while getting filled.

Breakfast was great. As was the roof terrace.

The family room was a bit small with all our bags.

Room was tiny without even a chair to sit on. However, there was a lovely balcony with table and chairs.

Great location. Just a few mins away from the train station. They also give complimentary coffee, tea & bottles of water in the room. There are also fast food & restaurants nearby. I also loved the rooftop terrace! It’s always open. Both receptionists who were assigned during day and night were always available to assist with our concerns. Cleaning lady was also kind when I interacted with her. Breakfast was worth the money we paid. There are various selections available.

The room is a bit outdated. Shampoo in the shower was in a big bottle, not in small containers like in the other hotels. It felt like we were in someone else’s house and not in a hotel room.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was ideal with the surrounding area. Close to major road, train stations, and bus it provided good access to different parts of the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were responsive, professional, friendly and very helpful. included breakfast was a great start to the day. The only drawback of our stay was the noise level at night outside. This was not every night and out of control of the hotel. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my all-round experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. An ideal location, comfortable accommodation, delicious food at close restaurents, very accommodating staff and amazing activities for the must see in Florence made for a really delightful stay.

Rooms were a little small however this did not impact too much.

The location is 5 mins walk from the station, and 10 mins from the Duomo. All the staff were welcoming friendly and helpful. Answerd any questions happily, shared their local knowledge to ensure we would fully enjoy our time in Florence. The breakfast was plentiful and catered to our vegetarian needs. Fresh fruit available too. The room was comfortable and scrupulously clean (as seems to be the normal in Italy!) The roof terrace is this hotels crowning glory, the view over the city stunning especially with a latte or a glass of wine. Final mention to the fun old lift, adds to the character. Location is just a 3-4min walk from the train and tram station, which is very helpful. Good connection from other cities and the firenze airport. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Regular housekeeping. Access to terracr is available at all times. Nice view from there. Coffee available at all times. Basic accomodation, good for a couple of days.

No staff present beyond 11pm, which is fine because the front dest staff leave all info needed for a smooth self checkin. But in case of some issues, i am not sure how convenient it would be to get help at odd hours. No balcony as was being shown in the pictures. Not imp if u r spending your time mostly outside. Facility has two hotels on the same floor. Annabella and Bijou, and we were alloted rooms in Bijou though the name on booking was Annabella. Doesnt matter much since the rooms are possibly similar in nature.
