Brilliant location - just one street away from the train station, and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Good continental breakfast included. Comfortable bed.

Not really a problem, but worth mentioning that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building, which has had a small lift installed in the centre of the stairwell. Probably because of noise, the lift seems to be switched off around 10.30pm, so you’ll need to walk up several flights of stairs if you are coming in after this - not a bit deal if you’re reasonably fit, though.

room was advertised as soundproof, however this was the noisiest room I have ever stayed at. my mother is a super light sleeper and we chose this room because it was specifically advertised as being soundproof as a main feature, so it was particularly disappointing to discover that not only was it not soundproof, it actually could not have been noisier. so she unfortunately had no sleep for both nights we stayed. there is extreme noise all night from a range of different things. ok if you’re a heavy sleeper, but terrible if not.

Great location,and what a great arrangement,the B&B is located in an central city old style “office “ building complete with fully equipped kitchenette,the fridge fully stocked with everything you would want for a superb breakfast which you can prepare at your own timetable.Fresh croissants are delivered each morning.Close to the canal,and city centre,with a smorgasbord of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.Would happily stay again next time in Trieste

The personnel was amazing and super helpful. The first night we arrived by car and they helped us get a parking spot and the last day they hold our bags for a couple of hours after checking-out. The location is very good, it's close to the main train station and close to restaurants, the Duomo Cathedral, and main historical center. We left by train so the station was about 8 mins walking. The room had AC, internet was fine, it was very clean and had a good price comparatively.

The mattress could have been better. It had a small curvature in the middle. We could sleep fine since we spent most of our days walking in the city though.

I absolutely loved my stay here - superb location, very convenient to the train station. Very easy check in. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend. If you end up in a room on the street, like all of Italy, it can be a bit noisy so I recommend earplugs. It was very nice to have the fan/ac unit in the room to help with some white noise and to keep the temperature regulated without needing to have the windows open. Classically tiny Italian bathroom but appreciated the detaching showerhead and the blow drier.

The hotel is well positioned to the train station and major attraction. The room was comfortable and quite. Maria and ZeeShan looked after us from the moment we arrived. They were on the desk from early morning until late at night greeting us with a smile and hello and made us feel welcome. Maria put a lot of effort into breakfast and made sure we had good coffee and hot croissants each day.

we liked everything about the place. very friendly staff. the owner Fiaz and front desk staff maria both were extremely nice and helpful. they booked us trips to chianti wine testing and cinque terrie without any hassle. the place is truly 2-3 min walking distance from santa maria novella train station. also very close to historic centre. also the place was very clean. they offer a nice small breakfast. the lift works perfectly! i recommend this place and shall come back again.

Nice people, clean room, I came early and they let me leave my bags there so we can go and explore.

No fridge in the room, it was summer and hot, it would be nice to have little fridge to come back for cool drink. The window was nice and big but seems like it didnt meant to be open. The elevator was old, it was fun to my teen but a bit scary to me.

The hotel is in a convenient location and in walking distance of the train station, tourist attractions and convenience stores. Great breakfast and lots of choice. Bed was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this location which was made even more special by Maria who was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Florence.

Super nice hotel staff, accommodations when needed, cleanliness, towels were changed every day, bed linens were changed ones for our 5 nights stay, a hair dryer in bathroom, fresh made croissants every breakfast, location( 5-7 min from Central rail station, Mercato Centrale), elevator in the building.
