We had the family room. It was a very big space and had a nice comfortable king size bed. Nice kitchen and living room space. There is a lift up to the 3rd floor of the building (where the rooms are all located). The "family" room has its own set of stairs once you're "in" on the Apollo floor, so you have your own private space. There is a vending machine in the "lobby" area and also water, wine and snacks to purchase in the room, for convenience. The train station is 2 blocks away and the tram was about 3 blocks away. There is an abundance of restaurants on the same street.

We booked at the last minute and we had good communication until we arrived at the outside entrance. It took about 40 minutes of waiting and sending text/calling, until we were able to hear back from the property about retrieving keys and getting into the building. The bathroom is tight but it is updated and nice.

Super central to the station so really easy to get to. Literally 6 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. The property is secure, beautiful big rooms, modern and lovely bathrooms. We had a cute balcony to sit on and enjoy breakfast- kettle in the room and bakery round the corner for brioche! Adriana was in touch via WhatsApp before our stay with clear instructions about how to enter the property which is in a traditional, old apartment building. We honestly loved it and would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk from the station, and all attractions within a short walking distance. The room was lovely and clean. Staff were nice. :) The entry and instructions were pretty straightforward, and overall a good stay.

Not much really. If I was being picky, a small issue with there being no breakfast but there was no facility to do this on the floor where the apartments were. I think they could have provided a breakfast of some sort, or paid for this at the venue they recommended (at 'only' 4 Euros) as the room price was pretty expensive compared to others, or they could have provided free wine in the room, and not tried to charge extra for it (more than you can buy it for in the shop next door) But, well recommended still. :)

On the door step of Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, although on a busy intersection it was super quiet. Criceyda was available and emailed us the necessary information late into the night. Apollo were soooo accommodating - allowed us to leave luggage prior to check-in which in Florence is quite a privilege. Don't be daunted by the outside! Lots of graffiti and codes to get into the building but really very easy to access. Super clean and welcoming. Loved the honesty bar and gorgeous glasses. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Firenze.

We did not use the breakfast, but was a nice added touch. Kids wanted McDonalds:( Rooms were soundproof, spotless, & nicely decorated. Coffee pods was a plus, with a great kitchen!!! I like the room once I completed the instructions with the many codes etc.

Access was unnerving until I actually placed a text. Floor numbers would on each would be nice. We were very tired from travel and simply didn't even wish to count floors.

Perfect central location close to train station and within walking distance to all attractions. Easy to access. Modern well equipped apartment. Very good communication prior to arrival giving very clear instructions on how to access apartment. Very comfortable for family of 5.

Our apartment was at the top of a flight of narrow stairs which was a little difficult to haul heavy luggage up and down.

The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean apartment with good quality furniture and facilities. Kitchen was great, fully equipped with everything you could think of. Huge wardrobe space and good that safe was provided. Lift accessibility too. Communication with owner was friendly and simple as consice instuctions to enter the property were given. Location was brilliant, 2 minute walk from the train station and not far from the attractions. The best accommodation I have stayed at.

The facilities in the room.Large room and modern. Gives a relaxed atmosphere, and the balcony is a nice way to enjoy a cup of coffee. The location is so convenient to the station .Restaurants,cafes,markets, museums etc Highly recommend this property the communication is excellent and if one has to use the trains for other trips it's walking distance of 3 to 4 mins away.

Everything was very good for our stay.

Location was great, really close to the station and easy to reach the key sites of Florence. Room was immaculate, had everything we needed and more, lovely little extra touches too. Bed so comfortable, very quiet inside too, nice balcony to sit out on. Staff lovely and accommodating. Let us store our luggage which was a real bonus. Handy to have a lift to save carrying luggage up the stairs.

Easy to find, great location very close walk to the market, train station and duomo. Clean, great set up, comfortable, bright, modern. Staff was super friendly, free luggage storage before and after checkin. Would definitely recommend

Really nothing was a negative, the iron has a crack so the water leakerd but we told them about it and they were going to replace it. No view but who cares, go out and see the beautiful city.
