We stayed 2 nights, everything was great. We had self check-in because we arrived at a time when nobody was there, it went smoothly. The place was close to the city centre, the fridge was working perfectly, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was also cold inside, perfect after the hot summer day in the city. There is also a common kitchen near the entrance. Our room was huge. It did its job, although don't expect the newest interior design, everything is just as on the photos, a rustic Italian place to rest.

The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, also the wardrobes smelled a bit old.

Really good location, only a 20 minute walk to most attractions in the city and a 10 min walk to the train station. Other than that it was very clean and lots of space compared to many other rooms I've stayed in while in Europe. Would definitely book again.

We were in the first room closest to the street (Room #1) and with the windows open pedestrian level to the sidewalk. The noise could be a bit much for some. Sounded like cars were driving though the room. But once the window was closed it wasn't an issue. Cant really speak for the other rooms and if they would have this issue.

Good location close to Academia, city centre, restaurants and public transport. Once inside the property it was quiet and secluded, with a garden. Manager was very helpful and was of great assistance in getting a taxi when we left. Info for entry on arrival was good.

Bathroom was small and limited. Safe was not attached to anything so a thief could take it away to crack it. Although breakfast was included, it was provided by a coffee bar a short walk away and was not very nice - small coffee and relatively stale and small croissant.

Incredibly nice, comfortable, spacious and warm space. It's very clean and indeed cosy. It has beautiful little garden/terrace and is located in the very centre just next to Capella di Medici and the Mercato, only few minutes walk to Duomo and other main attractions. The staff is really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it and will come back again:)

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

Cosy House is a charming bed & breakfast. It is well located. Our room was very big, bright & beautifully decorated. We loved the courtyard garden & Simone was a very good & accommodating host.

We stayed in room 1 and it was a little noisy at night. We will definitely stay at Cosy House again but I’ll request a different room.

Amazing location, close to historical center of the city, you can reach all attractive places by foot. Nice outside yard (unfortunately we did not enjoy it as it was too hot). Capsule coffee machine is available in the room.

Room number 1 was bit noisy, as it is close to the street. Cleaning might be bit more thorough (there was a coffee stain on the table). I would also prefer breakfast at facility (we received vouchers to bar on a corner).

Place is near to the attractions ( just learned not to follow goggle.) But going to Nab restaurant( where you get your breakfast) turn left and in a minute or 2 turn right. From that point you will see most of the attractions across the bridge until Boboli. Clean and plenty coffee ☕️.

The room is very clean, organised and the location is awesome. Just a walking distance from everything. And we loved Simone, he is great, very nice and gave us lots of useful information. Highly recommend cozy house! ❤️

Nice location. Walkable to train station and all the sightseeing sites, e.g museums, etc. Simone is also a nice person, flexible to work with your schedule. The room is clean.

should provide towels every day.

Excellent host, lovely large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was at the bar nearby ( standard coffee/croissant), coffee/tea/kettle in room.

Sudden, persistent and loud noises at 5.40 am (unavoidable because of the hours the cleaning staff kept) right next to room 1. All else was perfect.
