Room was super cozy yet the bathroom had really good room! There was also a mini fridge which helped a lot with having leftovers from any food i ate. Breakfast was simple but really nice! All the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful also communication was really easy to do in english with everyone. Ramy was the highlight every morning, extremely helpful, generous and lovely to talk with. Definitely staying there again whenever i come back to florence. Also the location is perfect walking distance to almost everywhere you wanna get to.

Nothing to be honest, all was great in my point of view

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The mini fridge was very useful for storing fruits, water and sandwich ingredients (there's a supermarket 2 minutes away with lovely stuff for a cheap picnic). The location was very safe and quiet, great for those who worry about walking around at night. There are two kosher restaurants next to the hotel, one of which is vegetarian and very well-priced. There are also some lovely vintage shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, I recommend Hotel Arizona and can't wait to go back!

It was a little pricy, but this is expected for Florence. Given the free breakfast (which is a huge money saver) and the wonderful location, I think it's worth the price.

The staff were Awesome, Zaid, Rami and Luna (I think?) were just great, friendly and top notch. Had the pleasure of talking to Zaid and Rami multiple times. The room is clean and tidy. A good enough breakfast to start your day with. Good location, most main attractions are within 15 minutes by foot, close to supermarkets and good restaurants, enjoyed the location overall.

The room's width wasn't ideal, but nothing to complain about for me.

i prefer the breakfast should not to be included the price of the room.it is should be optional. the sink in the bathroom is really to small and not convinines. the air condition is ok. because it is jewish area they can put kosher food at the breakfast. or offer kosher meal for those who are want to.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Windows were quite soundproof so we didn't here anything from the street. The bathroom had bidet. The personal was very nice, helped with everything. And the breakfast was very good - toast, ham, cheese, yoghurt, even mix of fruit. Great vegetarian kosher restaurant nearby!

The fridge wasn't working. The water in the shower was usually quickly hot and even if you tried, it didn't turn to colder. The wardrobe was plain, without storage for smaller clothing.

We loved the location of Hotel Arizona. Walking distance to all of the major attraction that Florence has to offer. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Room and bedding were good.

The air conditioner failed to keep the room at a reasonable temperature and it got quite hot. It appeared to be set on low and there was no remote in the room and no control panel on the unit so we could not adjust the setting.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was more than just a coffee and croissant. The location was good. The room was small, even though I was travelling alone.

I didn't like that the single room was too small, but that's the size of the room, so you can't make that better. Bit stingy with the toiletries replacing.

The room was nicely decorated quite street. Nice elevators and above average breakfast. Very interesting neighborhood with outdoor markets, food and clothing. Good restaurants close by.

It was difficult to get to from the train station . a taxi is the best bet but their were long lines for taxi at the train station.Do not try to walk if you have baggage because streets are under repair and very narrow even for small suitcases.

Except the hairdryer that did not work out, everything was great! very kind staff, nice breakfast, the cleaning & automatic towels changes everyday... There is a refrigerator inside the room & safe lock inside the furniture for valuable things 20 mins max walk for each visiting sites

noisy people outside & cleaning trucks in the morning

A family business run by beautiful, genuinely nice people. When the city restaurants spoiled our mood by overcharging us, coming back to the hotel and the nice interactions cheered us up every time. Good breakfast and amazing coffee (there are three kinds, two are self-serve - make sure to ask the staff for the third kind and you will be charmed). The room had some small shortcomings (like only one electric socket) but the staff is so helpful, these details did not bother us.
