We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. We are very satisfied with the accommodation, it was comfortable, clean and tidy. Special praise goes to the cleaners, who cleaned the room very well every day, every day all the towels were changed, the room was vacuumed, and the bed linen was changed. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is very good, coffee, tea, croissants, certain salami, cheeses and an omelette are offered. The parking in front of the hotel is large, spacious, and safe. The hotel is located in a great location, near the tram station and the airport. All in all, the Mirage hotel left a great impression on us. If we ever decide to come to Florence again, we will definitely stay at the Mirage Hotel. Great recommendation.

Good location, big parking, nice room and inside of hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, for this price of hotel disaster. First day everything was empty of food, we waited for 10 minutes to same little refil, and choises of food is very little...first day they told us that breakfast is until 11, but they didn't told us that next day is regulary again until 10 am, so we couldn't eat. And they close the door to enter a restoraunt to breakfast 10 minutes before time, and there are not so kind stuff in that restoraunt.

The room was quite big. It provided a comfortable king size bed, a safe, a wardrobe, a coat hanger and a desk. It literally had everything you could ask for. Besides the common amenities, the bathroom also came with a bidet.

- The WiFi was really slow. Around 4 Mbps in download and 1 Mbps in upload. - The hotel per se is great, the staff members are obliging and the place looks gorgeous. However, the location is quite rough and away from the touristic area. I'd recommend it for a close staying to the airport.

We chose Mirage to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and arrived after 9PM! Our room on the third floor was clean and comfortable. Good Booking.com value! The 10-minute taxi ride to the airport at 5AM was convenient. (We were surprised by the metered cost of 25 EU which is the same price for 20-minute ride from airport to the city.) We liked the colorful lobby chairs.

Too short of a stay to judge.

The room was spacious and everything was clean. The bed was relatively comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I wanted to walk to the airport in the morning, but there is no way to safely access the airport on foot. So ,I had to take a taxi which cost 15 euros for a tiny distance. The room was not particularly soundproof and I could hear a party going on at a club in the vicinity until about 01:00.

the rooms were realy big and so was the bathroom. everything was clean and the beds were realy comfy. we came realy late with the plane and the guy at the reception realy had no problem to ecplain everything and show us our room. Cant realy complain for the money that we paid.

Maybe the flush at the toilet was a little to aggressive 😂

Surprisingly high standard as for this price! Very nice and professional receptionists. Awesome air-conditioner which waited on so we could rest in good temperature right away. Very comfortable bed, big mirror, bathtub. A lot of small details making the room one of the best hotels we've been. Also, not so far away there's tram going to city centre in 20minites so we could leave the car in the hotel and go sightseeing with no problem.

Maybe that we could hear everyone around us but that's the only dislike here. I strongly recommend Mirage anyway.

Bed a little bit hard but it was a big bed.

Bathroom facilities were spotless! Staff members were very helpful and got me a taxi that was on time at 4:00 a.m. The room was very quiet.

Bedding was clean but pillows were flat and blanket inadequate.

The location was central for the town centre and the airport. The breakfast had so much choice. We all had something different to eat for supper and each meal we found to be delicious. The service was spot on! Thank you for a lovely stay.
