location was great near to bus and tram station

The staff we lovely- especially Nicholas on reception who was extremely welcoming when I first arrived. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the location was perfect for easily getting into the city centre

The tv signal was a little dodgy and so didn't work very well.

Room was clean and had anything you could need for a short stay. Location is close to a metro ( maybe 10 minute walk) so it was easy to get into the main town. Reception was helpful in ordering us a taxi to the train station.

Room was very small. Even though there was only 2 of us we were tight for space. The view also wasnt great, we were looking out into a construction site, but this didnt bother us too much.

I have never met a more friendly and helpful staff anywhere. They went above and beyond for me (Especially Luca). Also, the room and bathroom were really clean.

The airconditioning wasn't all that great but then again it was really hot (37 degrees). Also, do note than from some rooms people next door can look through your window.

Able to accommodate 27 of us..without getting two rooms for a family of 4. Most European hotels do not accommodate a family of 4 or 5.

Outdated. There were mosquitos in our room. Plus they have actual keys instead of keycards. So multiple family members in a room could not have more than one key. Their system needs to be updated.

Comfortable large room with a queen bed and a good shower. Fairly extensive restaurant menu, the dishes we ordered were well prepared and good value.

Would have liked to see more protein options for breakfast. There was an extensive buffet of pastries, cereals, cold cuts, and even some salad items, but pretty much only scrambled eggs for those who like to start the day with some more protein. The location is nothing special and not ideal for sightseeing. We chose it for its vicinity to the airport, however, and it was a convenient place to stay for a single night.

Amazing hotel as always BW in any city advises. The room was big, clean, beds were maybe the best ever in our travel history. The personal was so kind. After check out I forgot one of my bags. I found the reception number and the hotel replied immediately: they took the bag and sent it via taxi. It took only 20 minutes of them. ❤️

In fact, it’s a little bit far from city center, you have to spend like 20 minutes changing 2 transports. But it’s easy to use.

It is in the suburbs of Florence but directly to the city center can be reached by tram. Tram (T2) station Novoli Palazzi Rossi is in a walking distance.

Not many parking places. We got a place for our car but there was only 1 place marked as for hotel quests.

It is on the T2 line so it is easy to get into the centre of Florence, the airport, and the SMN train station. The staff was incredibly helpful, too. Two weekends prior to my arrival I was allowed to drop off my large international luggage before taking a trip to southern Italy with my smaller bag. Left luggage was free and my belongings were stored in a locked room. The staff also ensured us a taxi to the airport early in the morning.

Bed was very comfortable (great amount of pillows!) and the bathroom clean and spacious. Location was perfect to get to and from the airport. Would recommend.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly and opened the windows only to have mosquitos to contend with. Bathroom would benefit from a ceiling fan to avoid moisture/mold.
