This is a very modern, clean, efficient hotel. If you are looking for Florentine charm, stay by the center. But if you have an early morning flight or are coming in late at night, this is one of the few places very close to the airport and to airport car rental. The room was basic but comfortable and more roomy than typical (we had a room with a double and a twin bed), the shower was good, the staff were very helpful and were there 24/7, free parking on site, they arranged for our 4:30am taxi to the airport (20 euros), and the hotel is a block or two from the T2 line for a quick train ride to the center or else a 25 euro cab ride. There is a free evening cocktail and you can purchase breakfast but the timing didn't work out so we didn't try it. A very convenient place to stay for a first or last night in Florence near the airport. And by the way, we were worried about whether this tiny airport would be open at 4:30, and they were not only open but very busy at that time of day and there was a pastry shop open in the airport at that time.

Just needed a hotel for one night near the airport. Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of room - even the single. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant across the road. Quick taxi ride to airport.

The front reception staff was exceptional, they spoke English very well, which made check in very easy. The room was clean and visually quite modern to what you would expect to see in Italy. The breakfast was priced fairly, although due to us needing to leave quite early, we chose not to have, but it was explained to us, that we could decide to have in the morning. Hotel comes with limited parking. The restaurant at the hotel along with the bar is fairly priced. There is also a number of restaurants in the area, approximately a 10-15 min walk away. Air Con is available and works perfect.

Some areas in the bathroom need attention, the shower sills, were quite dirty, the bathroom sliding door is also not easy to shut. There are no parking bays, and the parking was very tight. The bar/ restaurant was listed as a garden lounge, although the outside space had no seating and was merely and area were you can stand, surrounded by some greenery.

The location was great, it’s a straight forward commuter hotel that is comfortable and exceptionally clean. Comfy beds and great shower head with body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided. Very helpful front desk agent with perfect English that arranged taxi for us and got us checked into our room in 5 minutes.

There could be a little more space in the rooms for repacking bags but it wasn’t too tight. Would have loved Netflix to be available on the tv with more English speaking options. The tv guide only had a handful of channels. Hotel should provide airport shuttle. Maybe more options in the vending machines.

First, the staff was extremely helpful, considerate, and so personable, it was such a pleasure to feel a connection with them. At my previous hotel, the staff barely looked you in the eyes, let alone talked to you about anything other than your credit card and your room number, that I was almost taken aback by how friendly they were. You really felt like they were welcoming you into their home! And I loved the shower with two different shower heads!!!! I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and pretty decent breakfast in the morning. Both dinner and breakfast had lots of choices and the wine excellent.

The room was very comfortable, but the twin bed was a little challenging. Although it was comfortable, it tended to move away from the wall whenever I turned over. I loved the convenience of a restaurant at the hotel, but some people were a bit loud and would have preferred no smoking.

I was really blown away by the room. My partner and I had a really long day, having lost our luggage flying in from Bari. We spent all day at the airport, with no food, trying to figure it out. Luckily, as though I could see into the future, I booked this hotel, not minutes from the airport. After the awful day, the staff were amazing trying to set us up with a nice room and giving great recommendations for places to eat! And to top it all off, the room was great. I was not expecting the room/bed to be as nice as they were, but after the day we had, it was just what the doctor ordered.

Don’t book the place expecting to have a fancy stay in a culturally rich part of Florence. Set your expectations for what it is, and it’s really great. It’s convenient being located so close to an airport and minutes from a tram. You can get from the hotel to the middle of the city in 30 mins without any driving. Again, it’s not some fancy place, but it was clean, well maintained, and well run.

i had to be moved to another room after my 1st night due to a problem with the shower. if the hotel manager is reading this review i hope you finally get to resolve this once and for all because a lot of reviews on here complained about the same issue months ago. apart from that, the hotel is very good considering the price compared to other hotels in the area. it's also right next to a bus stop, and has all modern facilities.

Convenient for the airport, room was a good size, very clean and with a comfortable bed Shower was good, hot water came fast. 2 complimentary bottles of water provided. Check in was efficient.

It was quite noisy even beyond midnight. Location is convenient for the airport but whilst it is walking distance the road layout doesn't allow for walking to the airport or the car hire location

Great location if you are arriving in Florence late or leaving early. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled a Taxi for my 4 am departure. My room wasn't big but perfectly sufficient for a sort stay, especially as a solo traveler. I stayed at 5 different places in Italy and this one had the most comfortable bed. I am a light sleeper but the room seemed to be very quiet.

The was a stain on the wall above the mirror but the rest of the room, especially the bed, were very clean, so I wasn't too concerned about it.

New hotel, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, air conditioning cools perfectly. Location is far from city center, but you can have a taxi for 20-25 euro to city center and you will be there in 15 min.

Even if your air conditioner is off, it makes noise which may disturb your sleep. Breakfast place is at below ground floor. Door to bathroom/toilet in the room is from glass, so no privacy.
