The location was excellent, very close to the train station and only around 20 minutes to everything else we wanted to do/ see. The room was well decorated and clean and had everything we needed. The check in instructions were very helpful and clear. There is a little bit of noise from trams passing as other reviews have mentioned but this didn’t bother us at all and we still managed to get good, restful sleeps.

We did have to use the fan provided as it was quite warm and we did not control the AC but this worked well enough and the noise didn’t bother us.

Well decorated, modern feel and secure. Restaurant recommendations (and the discounts) were good. Arrival instructions were easy and clear.

The gym and spa area looked unused and everything was locked up. So whilst the blurb makes a lot of the spa it was unavailable. The bathroom did smell a little damp, but it’s a basement room (room6) and the room was more claustrophobic than expected. The controls for the aircon were not easy to understand or operate.

Location was amazing! Round the corner from train station and tram to the airport! 10/15 min walk to the Duomo and to all the bars and restaurants. We loved a cafe on the corner where we grabbed breakfast everyday. Room was amazing, clean and staff are very accomodating! Our hairdryer didnt work and 20 mins later i had a new one in my hands! Thank you for your hospitality i will definitely be back!!

Once inside the rooms it was surprising better than expected and the word luxury seemed to have been used correctly. All the facilities necessary were there available and staff were helpful once we got hold of them.

The steps emailed to access the key and entrance to these appartments is complicated and occasionally difficult to get help immediately. We were lucky someone was in the building and grated access.

Location was very good for us, room was nice and clean! Easy access and great communication! Quiet area , very close to train station!

Better ( is hard as the tram rides very close so if you a light sleeper can be an issue) we used ear plugs so was okay) we slept okay! Shower when you put it on the little shower the top one goes on still) annoying for me as I hate wetting my hair! Maybe a bit of milk for coffee would’ve been nice in the room!

Room was huge and even nicer than on website. Stayed here as was really close to train station and walking distance to the centre of Florence. Would highly recommend. The cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful when we needed it. In the evening we didn't go into centre of Florence we went to a rooftop bar close by which was lovely and not too touristy. We also found a beautiful Japanese restaurant a few mins from here, called Hoseki, would highly recommend also.

The room is very beautiful and cozy. We had all the things we've needed, even an iron. The bathroom and dorm were cleaned daily. There is even a gym and sauna. Not far from Florence train station. A little bit to walk to center of Florence but not too much. I truly recommend.

The room that are at the basement have the bathroom outside the room. The bathroom is private but inconvenient to leave the room even if it is really nearly.

The hotel is close by the train station (few minutes walk only), with many restaurants nearby. The place is very clean, the security of the building is good, simple and clear. The host is extremely helpful (we even forgot something in the room, and she assisted us to find the lost item). There is a small fridge, espresso machine, ironing machine, hair dryer. The location is easy to access and you can leave the bags in the inside hall after check-out, until you need to take your train.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff was very supportive.

Our room was next to the front door and whenever someone came in or left there was a lot of noise. Also nearby the tram tracks which also made noise during the night.

Great location, comfy bed and stylish room. I really enjoyed the downstairs gym facilities and great speaker. The location most of all is great, only 5 minutes walk from the train centre.

The controller was out of battery for the TV and there were no instructions for the coffee machine. Very basic features in the room and no concierge to ask for advice.
