The space is very well localized, clean, with all commodities, no noise and the communication was very easy and objective. The host gave us additional information about parking, allow us to keep the luggage on the place after the check-out.

Amazing location, 10 min from station, 22 min walk to the Duomo, responsive owner on WhatsApp, able to upgrade room to 2 people occupancy from 1 last minute for one night, reasonable pricing, charming decor, great bathroom and good water pressure for shower (shower always had hot water very quickly). Bathroom and room relatively spacious

Rarely saw staff present, temperature was very cold first evening (but the staff then sorted heating and I slept well rest of the trip!), and no one to help carry luggage up one flight of stairs upon arrival.

Nice big spacious room, very good communication with the host and easy access to the building. Location is good as easy accessible from the motorway and 15 minute drive from the airport and only a short walk to the historic centre. And do follow the hosts recommendation for the breakfast/brunch place called Gamberini, you will not be dissapointed.

The place is situated in a walking distance from the historical center. There are several different restaurants and shops in 1 minute walm. Apartment is very cozy, quiet and clean. We liked the style of the room and furniture. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, designed and decorated with taste. Host was very friendly. He was so kind to prepare a room for us 2 hours earlier, which was really great!

Our room was super beautiful & truly Italian 💗 This B&B is run by an absolutely lovely man who made us feel so welcome & went above & beyond for us! it’s perfectly located close to the river, city centre whilst remaining Quiet. This was the best place we’ve stayed during our Italian trip & we couldn’t recommend it enough!!!

I love this property. There is something that I really liked. It felt like an Italian apartment. Good sized shower (hard to find in Italy). Very large apartment. Perfect for 3 or 4 and still much space. Local Restaurants and bars (not touristy) all around. Tourist town is 10min walk Can store luggage 7min walk to train

Close to everything. It’s was a gorgeous, old large room with 1 king size bad and two single beds. A large bathroom. Floor was marble.

It was above a pub that didn’t close until 2am. Eventually you got used to the noise but if someone went ‘off’ out the front it was loud. It was very quiet in the morning though! Staircase!! Hard with big luggage!

Noisy neighborhood at night, so noisy that we had to keep the windows closed and turn on aircon.

Air conditioner didn’t cool the room enough and this is important as there’s a bar down stair-closing the windows will stop the noise but that’s why you need a good working air-con

Stefano is an amazing host. The hotel is well located, the room very lovely decorated and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Price with this location and amenities was unbeatable (€90/night during off season) I'll come back!

During winter the blanket could be thicker. But I really enjoyed the night thanks to the comfortable bed anyways!
