The hotel is very nice and staff at reception were able to assist us with all the queries we had, including booking a taxi for us. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I personally appreciated the body wash, shampoo and hand wash by Acqua dell'Elba provided in the bathroom which was a very luxurious touch. Bathroom was clean and spacious, and towels were changed every day. Breakfast offered an ample choice every morning, which included mini pancakes, bread, meats and cheese, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices, coffees and teas, etc. Plenty of channels offered on tv and the room also had a safe and a mini fridge. No noise could be heard from outside and in fact we slept very comfortably. Tea and coffee making facilities also provided in the room. Wifi was very good. Overall our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is very close to the train station which means that you get to encounter strange characters on the way to and from the hotel, not just at night but even mid day. There is quite a walk to the main sites which is not an issue but to be honest, even though everything went well, I did not feel the safest walking in that area. Housekeeping staff did a very good job. Just a small suggestion to pay attention to detail, such as for example once our toilet paper was not replaced even though it was finished and coffee/tea sachets were sometimes not replenished.

Excellent location for excursions, nice coffee service with requested soy milk, staff very friendly & helpful, especially Martina; spacious room with plugs everywhere for charging devices, staff very helpful when our friends had unexpected late check-in; helpful tourist maps & weather info, enough hangars & lighted closet

They couldn’t fix the safe in our room, so we had to keep valuables in front desk safe—which was ok just an extra step twice a day; shower had hot water but was difficult to maintain steady temp. Mattress very hard but didn’t bother me. Noticed outside noises the first night but not afterwards. Wish there were gluten free options for breakfast & eggs were not always cold.

A lot of space in the room and it was always sparkling clean! The hotel is very central and close to the train station and tram so easy to get to many places if needed. The included breakfast was superb. Many options to acommodate your palate and served at an ample time during the morning.

The hotel rooms seems to not be equipped with sound barrier. The hotel rooms facing the street to suffer from the loud noise from the trams which can run until very late and from very early in the morning. It sometimes impacted my sleep cycle. The lighting in the bathroom could also use improvement as I found it a bit dim.

The hotel is near the train station, and everything is on 10 min walk.The hotel is great! Very clean. Maybe little upgrade of the breakfast. And the room was clean but the staff forget the balcony all the days.

Super comfortable bed, quiet and well located. Close to the train station and within an easy walk of all the attractions. Included breakfast was great - fruit, pastries, cereals, cheese, eggs etc. Helpful and friendly staff member at the front desk who provided a great lunch recommendation.

Due to a delayed flight I wasn't able to check in the first night I had booked (and paid for). I informed the hotel through booking.com however my reservation was cancelled as I 'no showed', and I received no notification of this. Luckily my room was still available and I was able to check in.

the rooms, for Italy were spacious and clean and very comfortable. In our two week tour of italy these were probably the best beds and linens and we did stay at 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff is great, hotel is beautiful and clean.

For a train station stop, it is great, within walking distance. It's not exactly in the direct heart part of ancient Florence, but still a great walk back to the hotel after an evening of strolling the historic centre, as you pass through a more 'locals' district. But the price reflects that perfectly. We stayed in another hotel in Florence on this trip, perhaps more central, and the price was double for half the size of room, so the Embassy is a great choice. The staff dealt with us with patience and professionalism. Even though we were only one night guests they treated us as valued guests.

Located a block ( about 5-10 minute walk) from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, staff are amazing assisted us with all our requests during the stay. Most of Florence's famous visiting sites are located in a 2KM distance, if you don't want to walk there is a tram about two minutes from the property that you can take. Decent continental breakfast with eggs bacon and hot dog (cut into pieces), fresh bread and fruit, mini pancakes for the kids (they have to be patient they are tiny and take a minute for each one).

the staff were so welcoming, polite and helpful. even offered to accommodate us for checking out super early but unfortunately we had no time before making out train. made out so much more enjoyable. room was clean and service was reliable with changing towels and making the bed each day. I did cross paths with one of the cleaners coming back from our breakfast as she was about to enter our room, which she politely said she will come back later instead. my only tiny fault with the room would be the bathroom/shower being slightly dark in the evenings and the water temp was tricky to get on a sweet spot. but such a minor complaint that I would still 100% recommend here despite it.

Property is close to the train, if you’re traveling that way. There is on site parking for a fee, which is fantastic. Breakfast is very good and well worth including food a stay. The rooms are very clean and contemporary. It’s a very reasonable walk to most sights and attractions, but removed enough for a quiet night’s sleep. The staff are exemplary. Warm, Kim’s, professional and friendly. This is the special something that makes this a place I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit. Thank you!

At first I wasn’t sure about the area as it was more industrial around that location. This was not a room with a view. it It turned out to be a fantastic location. there was a courtyard space. we didn’t use it. it looked nice. The entrance is very nice.
