Excellent location in S.Spirito area. Incredible interiors, not too mention attentive and welcoming staff who were able to help at all times. Breakfasts are filling (and sweet!). The Palazzo is located amidst some of the best restaurants in Florence and is very close to Pitti Palace, Uffizi and shopping.

The site is a floor in an antique building & is beautiful & cozy. The staff were friendly & responsive. I also liked that the hotel was on the less busy side of the Arno & yet close to the Ponte Vecchio.

I wished that the staff stayed a bit longer than 7 pm to respond to guest needs. Nevertheless, there was a number to call in case of emergencies. The dining room for breakfast was lovely, but as someone who needs to avoid sugars & carbohydrates, I would have appreciated a bit more protein at breakfast. There were various yogurts available, but boiled eggs would have been helpful.

The location is amazing. The room is very spacious and beautiful. There is amazing artwork all over the room on the walls on the roof everywhere everything was beautiful the furniture was amazing. The bathroom was new and renovated. It has a large shower.

The AC did not work properly so we had to open the windows which attracted a lot of mosquitoes. Also, it's located on a busy street. Therefore, there was a lot of noises due to opening the window. Otherwise all the rooms have no canceling and do not hear anything from the outside.

Florence is full of little hotels tucked away in side streets. This hotel was brilliant, boutique and filled with history. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. We had two rooms one for us adults and another for three kids. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We have already said that if we ever go back to Italy we will stay longer at this hotel and enjoy Florence even more.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

It is a very pleasant experience to stay in this beautiful, elegant boutique hotel. The Hotel locates in a quiet area across the river from downtown. The atmosphere of the area is quite like the 'Rive gauche' in Paris. Above all, the service is excellent. The staff, Niccolo and Margaret, offer a friendly, cordials service and advises. Just like another hotel we stayed in this Tuscan vacation in Siena, we miss you. Thank you very much.

Loved being in the Oltrano area. Florence was jam packed and that side of the city was calmer. Plus it has many terrific restaurants! No lounge or bar just a breakfast room. Breakfast was simple - coffee, juice, sweets, yogurt, fruit. The rooms boast walls and ceiling decorate with frescoes...very attractive. I would have loved a comfortable chair.

the hotel was beautiful! very close by foot to all the attractions of the city! the rooms were very large and comfortable and very tasteful! the staff was very friendly and helpful! the only negative for my tastes was the breakfast because it was only with sweets! however, we had a great time and if we come to Florence again we will prefer this!

We were in a bit of a rush upon arrival and departure as we were trying to get to the Uffizi in time. Luckily, Niccolò at the reception helped us check in and out very swiftly, thinking along for a taxi arrangement and wine shipment, too. True hospitality! Also a marvellous location in a street just across the water from the tourist-heavy center, and just minutes walking from Ponte Vecchio. Oh, room was very beautiful too.

Price of a room was maybe a bit steep. Especially considering that we went outside of the main season, and that the hotel is a bit outside of the center and main POIs, the price could have been a bit better.

The amazing location its very close to all the importance areas, but also away from the loud noise and crowds. The rooms were huge. Bathrooms were clean, and all services were available. The staff were very very friendly, and always attentive to all the needs and are always available.

The shower was very small for tall people

Palazzo Guicciardini is beautiful. Everything right from the beginning was perfect. Communication with reception was easy as was check in. Heidi and Ingrid looked after us very well. The room was stunning and well appointed and the location was very good. I would definitely recommend this property. The Italian breakfast was nice and served in a very beautiful dining room. There were also some great place to eat, we enjoyed Ristorante Angelino and Babae Bar
