Staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfy bed and was very quiet. Location was good, on the quieter side of the river, with plenty of places to eat in the area and a lovely park nearby that we visited a couple of times. We were given lots of recommendations with a map which was useful.

The shower was OK and useable, but the water pressure/unit could have been a bit better. Some instructions on how to initially enter the building to check in would be useful, but we were fortune that someone was leaving as we arrived and the host was prompt in replying to messages.

Price/Quality was perfect. It was a lovely place with a big room that is well air conditioned (much appreciated in the summer in Florence), has comfortable beds and since it looked out onto the garden also very quiet. The lady in the reception was beyond friendly and the location in Florence’s hippest neighbourhood couldn’t have been better.

Fabulous locations, 3 bars right outside the door. Laundromat a block down, within walking distance of a lot of main attractions.

AC broke second night and had to sleep in muggy heat. We had window open and still miserable. They did install new AC the next day so that was fabulous.

Spectacular room, large, clean, quiet and safe. Good location and easy to get places.

There was a bit of noise from outside, on street level. people standing around drinking and talking outside the bar/restaurant until 1:00Am. It didn't bother me much, but I'm sure other occupants could be annoyed by it.

The authentic ambience of the building and the room was very unique. The neighborhood is calm and has all what you need.

Breakfast was not included. The staff informed us about available options in the neighborhood but we wished to have the breakfast at the same place.

It was a spasious suite with view to the river and the city of Florence. Was very clean (every day cleaning) and very warm room. Also very quiet although we had not requested a quiet room. The stuff very kind and helpful in whatever we needed. Around of the building were a lot of restaurants and bars where you can go. The area under the river was more quiet, without a lot of people like the other site and was easier to find a table without a reservation. We are completely satisfied and we highly recommend it.

Well placed, closed to Ponte Vecchio, typical italian building, room very high, breakfast no available. The room was clean but not cosy or fancy, the bed comfortable.The furniture, windows, floor tiles, faience a bit outdated.

Location

It was not in a tourist area but a lively local one and easy access to sights. 15 mins walk to the Duomo, less than 10 to Ponte Vecchio. My room had amazing view south over the city into green hills and I loved it.

Small bathroom. Open storage for clothes. Noisy street below til 2am and traffic. But worth it for the view.

Located on a very nice street which is on the south side of the city right after a bridge and very close to all parts of the city. Room is very spacey. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Facilities are good.
