The location is excellent. It’s very close to the historical centre, a short walk of 15 min by the Arno River brings you to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi gallery and Duomo. It’s about 35 minutes walk from the St Maria Novella Station. We were 4 adults sharing a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment. The apartment is very cool, really nicely decorated mixing old and modern Italian design. The whole building it’s very pretty, the garden, the walls… it’s all very Tuscan. There is a functional Kitchen, a cozy living room, and two well sized bathrooms with all that you need. The beds are super comfortable, shower is lovely and there were 4 Air Conditioners in our 2 bed, which kept us comfortable in the hot sunny Florence. We slept very well. The reception kept our luggage safe and free of charge after check out and until 6pm. Which is a lovely and kind touch. We Would highly recommend and we will be back.

We were advised that we could not use the bar after 6pm because they rent for a Fashion school and also because reception closes so there is no staff to serve drinks/coffee there. But We had a sneaky coffee around 6pm served by our lovely reception Manager, that was kindly enough to make it for us.

Beautiful accommodation We stayed at this place for two nights. The room we got was very beautiful, overlooking the most wonderful garden. The room was clean, it had a private bathroom, which was also super clean. The decor all over the palazzo is beautiful. They also provide spaces for relaxation inside and outside in the garden. They provide filtered water for free and bottles for you to use while staying there. The location is just perfect. Super close to visiting sites (10-20 min walks) and to nice restaurants and bars. There are also supermarkets at 10 min walk.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s not far from the major landmarks and is very peaceful and serene , especially in the garden. The rooms/apartments themselves are neat, tidy and well done up and have all amenities. If something is missing, the front desk is more than happy to assist. They also provided a bottle of white wine on arrival which was a nice touch.

The rooms could do with some soundproofing, but it’s not much of a bother unless you have really noisy neighbours .

I would recommend that if a guest wants to cook/use the kitchen that a small selection of spices and oils be available for use. (Tell the guest it is available, but is not provided. I would suggest it NOT be an extra cost.) I would also suggest that the fact there is no lift is available be part of the description. (This can be important for older travelers.) Staff was very helpful and cheery. overall a very positive, attractive, hip and relaxing place. also, the staff management seems committed to being attentive and being a high quality place to stay.

Brilliant location. Fab businesses nearby. Wonderful old Tuscan property stylishly converted in to apartments. Secure entrance and beautiful private garden. Helpful staff and great to have a breakfast option.

All great! Be useful to have a mirror in the living area and a shelf/cupboard in bathroom for toiletries.

This property is the best of old and new - stylishly and comfortably modernised, it nevertheless retains all its original charm. The courtyard garden is a pleasant sanctuary from the frenzy of Firenze, and having a kitchenette of your own is a bonus (as, in the heat of August, is iced water, sparkling or still, on tap downstairs!). The apartment is perfectly situated, away from the crowded centre but not so far that you can't comfortably get there on foot.

If you are travelling with others and value total privacy, you may not like that one bedroom connects to the apartment through another bedroom, or that some of the 'skylights' are between the apartment's two floors, giving glimpses of those walking around upstairs (and, more to the point, allowing a little extra light in downstairs) ... but this amused rather than bothered us!

location - short walk to center of Florence but in quiet neighborhood. beautiful rooms - converted convent but rooms modernized to mix with old. hidden away garden to relax. good amenities - comfortable beds, good shower, great a/c.

breakfast buffet could have more extensive for the price. photos on the website and booking.com do not do justice to how wonderful the rooms are. please get better photos.

Loved this hotel. Loads of character, very charming. Front desk were really helpful and accommodating and made restaurant bookings for us. Great location, close to the busiest parts of town, but far enough away that it felt more chill.

The bathroom doors were incredibly noisy!

Great staff that was so welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful property - the garden and terrace were so beautiful to have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Such a wonderful stay. Such a perfect location for people that want to be close to the city but want an authentic and relaxing stay in a quiet area way from the heavy traffic areas.
