Location of the hotel is superb, close everywhere in the old town. Hotel of butik kind, with just few, but very nicely stylish rooms. Despite of central location of the hotel the rooms were quiet. This year also with some protection against mosquitoes, what was much appreciated. Very kind and helpful staff, as always. It was our 3rd stay there and this hotel will remain our preferred choice when staying in Florence.

Just breakfast - it was (again) of no choice at all with poor quality of coffee. Yogurt, croissant, butter/nutella, three (in a word three) triangles of bread for two, muesli, small cake. Would expect for such type and level of accommodation a bit more creativity.

The decor of the hotel and room are exactly as shown in the pictures. Very well kept as there are no signs of wear and tear. Tons of stairs to get to the reception area, but there is an elevator to use as well. We had breakfast as well( which is not included in our rate) It consisted of sweet crossiants, fruit, yogurt, toast with jams, slices of cakes and cappuccino. Milk, juices and coffee was also offered. Good value. The hotel is located walking distance (5 minutes)to Uffizzi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, the market area which has loads of shops for eating and shopping. Good variety of restaurants around the hotel.

We loved the courtyard and location. The old building was really beautiful and fascinating but then the rooms and hotel were well kept, modern yet in keeping with the building. Air con worked well and we had very comfortable sleeps. Room was a generous size, especially for the location and type of building. Staff were helpful with our queries and responsive via WhatsApp if not at reception. Would definitely return. There is a lift which was very welcome to get our suitcases up and down.

Management Lapo and Niccolò were great as well as Cristiano and the housekeeper but I did not get her name. Room was perfect, very clean and beautifully appointed. Location was fantastic.

A/C did not work in the common areas and in the summer it can get stuffy. Shower needs a soap/shampoo dish and was missing a door which made the floor very wet. Vanity mirror needs to be lowered as my 5’2” wife could not see herself. Change croissant supplier. There are much better options all over the city.

Had a very pleasant stay. Room was larger than I expected. Overall the property, though on only 1 floor of a large palazzo is very charming, very tastefully decorated and very unique. The old building and the small antique elevator add to the old world Florentine charm. Located in Santa Croce the property is barely 5 to 10 mins walk to almost anywhere in Florence. They dont have a 24/7 front desk but have a very efficient whatsapp communication channel that is personal and non-intrusive. Well done guys

NA on breakfast. Location excellent. Close to the square nice little shops next door (perfume and flower). Our room was very quiet.

Not enough coffee each morning for everyone who liked their morning coffee. Not enough space in bathroom to hold all our things. However I was able to move the little stool into our bathroom and that worked well.

We loved the location, very central to both the main station and the airport .. it is situated in a stunning building with an old lift shaft. The staff go above and beyond to help during our stay (big thanks to Cristiano and Angelina). The rooms are lovely, spacious and brilliant bathrooms with lovely showers and they accommodated to all our needs as we was traveling for the first time with a newborn baby!

・360 view: Tower Suite plan has an access to a tower (different from the bedroom/bathroom, we needed to go upstairs lol) with 360 view. The small room in a tower has some chairs/tables and a fridge, and we could see beautiful panorama view from 4 windows. ・Good location ・Clean room ・Nice smell

No Firenze card if you book from booking.com. To get Firenze card, you need to book from the official website. Also this service has been stopped since COVID (as far as I heard on Feb 14th, 2023).

Location is great. it’s quite central in the Santa Croce district but the rooms are so quiet so you can recharge. The room is spacious and comfortable. And the terrace is a beautiful addition. The building itself is wonderful, with the second oldest elevator in Florence! All in all, I would stay here again.

The amenities in the room were a little subpar. There wasn’t enough shelf space in the bathroom or in the shower. But you can always improvise.

The location was walking distance to most of the famous attractions in Florence so it's an easy walk to everything. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted with amazing scent from AquaFlor which shop is just at the ground floor. The hotel's decor especially the chandeliers were really gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. The room was also a good size for 3 with big wardrobe space & toilet.

Bathroom didn't have a shelf for toiletry and didn't drain the water properly so our toiletry kept floating while we shower. Safe also didn't work and was told to just pick the lock so we felt it was not secure enough to store our belongings.
