LOCATION, location, location! Need I say more? Nice open dining room area allowing guests to use shared kitchen facilities during their stay.

Don't bother with the breakfast here, you're offered a very basic continental style provision in your room. Best to go out to the lovely cafes in the square. Our favourite was the Rivoire opposite. NO AIR CONDITIONING - AC system installed in the room but locked off by the proprietor. Room quite warm, forcing us to open the windows at night and be eaten alive by MOSQUITOES. "INNER COURTYARD VIEW" - sounds lovely, listed on the web page but view didn't exist in our room. NOISE - not from street but from noisy restaurant staff putting out waste in the viewless back "courtyard" below.

If one likes authentic (in this case : with character, unique, representative of the city), this certainly is a great choice for the price - The location can’t be better / and Simona, the keeper, was very sweet, helpful, tried her best to make everyone’s stay the most comfortable. -

I believe I took the least expensive room available at the time. While it was spacious and had a huge very nice bathroom, it lacked personality (a bit more colors, pictures …would not hurt) and the windows overlooked an inside court where the local restaurant and neighbors keep the trash cans a few floors below. It was also loud (old building) because of the local restaurant business . Given the lack of view, something ought to be done to compensate and bring this room closer to the image presented . The staff did their best to help with the noise situation but without ear plugs some nights would have been difficult.

The best part of this experience was the woman who managed the facility. She did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and always with a warm smile. The room was nice and met our needs. The location was central to the main historical sites of the city.

The continental breakfast consisted of just some small packaged items. We either ate out or bought our own breakfast items (yogurt and cereal) at a local market. The view was not what was shown in the pictures, but not everyone can have a good view.

Beautiful apartment/room in historic Florence property. Very quiet room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location for main sights especially Uffizi Gallery. Plenty of nice restaurants located nearby. Excellent location for shopping, shops in close proximity.

Air conditioning is set by property owner and no facility to change the temperature. We found our room a little too warm. If you want a breakfast they provide a limited continental self service option with buffet trolly in room replenished each day with pastries and cereals and UHT milk. Plenty of nice cafes for breakfast located nearby. Small size TV.

We really liked the room ! It's very big and comfortable.Bathroom also nice and spacious.The location is perfect right in the piazza Della signoria and close to everything. Couldn't be better! Reception was only in the morning, she was nice and helpful.

Expected a better breakfast for the price. They had already laid some baked goods in the room for all the days.Not a huge problem for us but im putting it out there. The only other negative was the noise from restaurants and people outside but it's something you should expect when you choose a central hotel in high season.

The location of this place is absolutely incredible, right outside the door is the square with the Medici palace and there are great restaurants accessible morning and night.

The room was spacious and comfortable accept we wish we could have had control of the AC since it was locked at a higher temperature than we would have preferred. Also the shower is a bit small, but overall these are small complaints and our stay was really good.

You could not get a better location, right on the square of the palace Vecchio and round the corner from the Uffizi gallery. No view from the windows but excellent large room. If you want a view of the square go for the golden room suite. Staff are available 08.00 to 13.00 and are really helpful and friendly.

If I had to be picky it would be that there wasn’t any view from windows. But the location made up for that.

We liked the big , spacious room. Location was excellent for what we were doing in Florence. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and meeting points for our excursions.

The Suite may as well be the best place in the city. It's a hidden gem. Room, decor, hardwood floor, furniture makes you feel fiorentian, the view to the Palazzo della Signoria with the famous statues, fountains, numerous cafeterias Arnolfo Tower and the Dome on the background makes you feel fiorentian right in the center if everything. You can start your day with a coffe and stare at the window without having push yourself through other tourists in the streets, your day starts perfect everyday.

I am not used to Italian pastry only breakfast in general. The breakfast here consisted of mass manufactured individually packed buiskits and toasts, so it wasn't a fresh bakery. If you like proper breakfast you should go somewhere else, or prepare yourself your own brussketa like we did. Also, the suite being far, tha wifi rarely worked

The location was perfect. We could make breaks few times a day to rest and recharge with almost no extra time lost on returning back to the room. The common areas (kitchen and dining room) are very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. Rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast is delivered around the noon for the following day. The breakfast includes packed pastries, some toast bread, coffe capsules, tea bags, corn flakes, Nutella, jam, honey, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, fruit etc.. it is a lot of food so we usually didn't eat everything. The room and the bathroom were huge

The staff didn't really know English that well, but luckily we knew a bit of Italian to communicate, though if we needed something more complex it could have been a problem. For the room we thought that it would be useful to have mosquito nets on the windows since they start flying in during the night. In the end we had to close the windows and use the AC to get fresh air, which was not necessary since the outside temperature was nice. A bit of energy waste 😅
