The location is in the city center, exactly where is most important. The concept of the room, the breakfast, and most appreciated, the staff.

Great location, excellent breakfast very friendly staff

We were staying at one of the suites (orange one) next to the reception desk the air conditioner wasn’t working. We called the front desk and the owner of the hotel showed up in 5 minutes and blamed us for not knowing how to use the AC and asked us where we are coming from. Maybe thinking we never saw an AC control panel, told him we are from LA and used an AC control system all year round. We are in Milan now and we had our AC on the same setting that had in there and it’s working great THE AC IS BROKEN !!!!

Can't say enough nice things about the staff and Renascentia. Erion, Nick, Nadia, Agatha and Anise were the ABSOLUTE best at making us feel at home. They truly could not do enough for us. Like so many have said before... the free breakfasts were just amazing. As good if not better than any 'high end' - froo-froo hotel. Some real craftsmanship in the presentations.

The room (Dune) was very, very nice... with a HUGE bathtub... but its a bit small with limited closet space. But then we over packed, so maybe that's our fault. lol. The only other complaint was the refrigerator did not cool the water or drinks in it. The confined area it's kept in keeps it a bit too warm, but then I'm guessing about that. All I know is my wife likes her water COLD!!! and this little fridge did not do a great job. Still... I would have NO problem coming back here for a visit again... "In a heartbeat!"

Since we arrived early, the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early. The receptionist took out a map and showed us the sights and recommended restaurants, which was really great so we knew what to eat and where to go. The bathtub in the room was very large and had bath salts attached, which helped us to relax and rest after walking so much every day. Highly recommend this hotel!

The price is a bit high, but I think it's acceptable considering it's near the downtown area. I saw the Booking.com photo and thought the breakfast was a buffet, but it was an a la carte breakfast... And orange juice needs to be squeezed by yourself was annying.

Our stay at Renascentia was an amazing experience. The team was ready for our arrival, greeted us, and explained all of the details about the property. They made amazing recommendations for us in Florence. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were celebrated, as we got engaged on this trip. Our friends from back home were able to easily work with them to arrange surprises. The room was beautiful, spotless, spacious and modern. The property was also very discrete so we felt very safe. The breakfast was also amazing, with fresh food and perfect service. When I asked for lemon water, the owner even ran out to buy a lemon for me because they didn't have any on hand. Each day, they would ask us about our plans and how everything was going. We felt that they truly cared about us and our stay, and we would recommend this property to everybody. Don't look any further than Renascentia!

Very pleased with our stay. Rooms were high quality and spacious. Amenities were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed by Nick and Luc. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect. Located in the historic center of Florence. Short walk to most of the attractions. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Parking situation was less clear. Cars are not permitted at hotel - or even within several blocks of historic center. Renascentia in Florence has agreement with nearby garage for guaranteed availability and rate. Get address for garage from Renascentia in Florence before attempting to drive there.

All the staff were lovely and friendly. It was in a perfect location. Lots of options for breakfast - they even organised some gluten-free options for me. The whole building and the room were really secure. Our room was beautiful and really clean.

When we arrived, we found it difficult to find it. There was a small sign by the door and it wasn't made completely clear how to access the building on arrival. But honestly, that's just us being really picky. We cannot recommend Renascentia enough!

This wonderful place was clean, stylish, private, and in the best location. We were in the center of it all. Only a 3 min walk from the Duomo and walking distance to everything else. We got a room with a bathtub and the tub was MASSIVE. The staff were also incredible. Everyone was so friendly and kind. They were around to answer questions and give suggestions for places to go. The included daily breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The property was also very safe and secure. There was added security measures to make sure only people who were staying at the B&B could access the floor. Also literally right downstairs one door over is the best panini place in the city so that was super convenient! You can tell the love and care they put into this place and it shows in so many aspects. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Italian Shower in the room and not in the bathroom (for my wife) The American breakfast (we are Belgian & French): was a bit annoying for us : we like simple breakfast (A great Croissant / jam / Fresh Bread / butter / some fruits is largely enough. But here these 4 breakfast pillars were quite low level (frozen oven croissant & industrial marmelade Hero) when all the effort is put on the musli, pancake, waffle, eggs which are great by the way... but not our stuff.

What a fabulous B&B. location is in the heart of the charming old town, in a very safe and cozy street with a restaurant just opposite but not noisy all. once u stepped into the B&B it’s like u stepped into another world, of understated luxury and home comforts all in one, and every evening coming back feels so welcoming. room was awesome and exactly as shown in photos, but with the little touches that even the photos don’t do justice to. love their breakfast spread every morning it was delicious! I love that Hosts left a breakfast for me the night before I leave because I told them I have to leave at 630am and will miss their breakfast. and the best thing they did for me which surpass anything I have ever experienced from a hotel is… the last day after my super early check out I had a full day tour. Renascentia had kindly agreed to keep my luggage for me to collect late even though they typically won’t stay so late. turns out the tour came back to Florence 30-45mins late so I didn’t have time to collect luggage and make it in time for my train. so I asked if Renascentia can help send my luggage to me by taxi to train station, and Luca the host agreed without hesitation. in the end, the taxi didn’t turn up and he and his sister actually pushed our 4 luggages all the way to the station for us, in the rain! just to help us catch the train. I am speechless by this kindness and dedication. I love this B&B, it has made my Florence stay so beautiful. thank you Luca and Raffaella!
