I stayed at Villino Florentino with my partner for two days, the accommodation was really comfortable and clean. The host was really kind and willing to help at all times. Location is good although not really central but 10 min by tram from the main station which was good enough for us. We would definitely recommend it!

I would just say the breakfast was a bit poor in quality and not worth paying 10 € as you can get breakfast in a cafe for less and better quality/more variety food/pastries.

Very nice old house which is fully renovated and nicely decorated. The room is nice a bit small though. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood with parking availability both inside the yard of the property and on the street. Communication with host was very good and Odette was really polite and helpful.

Location is not very central if you dont have your own vehicle but there is a tram station right across the street. Bathroom was small and water pressure a bit poor. I believe breakfast should be included in the price and not charged extra.

Villino Fiorentino is the place where you must stay when in Firenze. The atmosphere, interior and details are exceptional. Odette is one of a kind - super kind, always ready to help and smiley! The room is sparkling clean, the bed is comfortable, the ceilings are so high. The most pleasant part is the aroma of the Villino - tender cinnamon. There is a free parking, it's 15 minutes by foot to city center. Don't hesitate and book!

After a day of sight seeing it felt good to “came home” in a calm and serene setting.The all house was wonderful The breakfast room was cosy nothing out of place,the breakfast was good too. The room was clean and comfortable,the only think the shower stall was small. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Most of all our host Odette was gracious, caring ,helpful, understanding and ready to help. Thank you Odette👋🇨🇦

It is a very nice and stylish place in a location which is only a short 15 or 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

The shower was really very small, such that it was hard to turn around without bumping into the glass walls. The air conditioner was a bit weak, but we arrived during a heat wave, so I understand that it is not normal to need such cooling capacity. We had to really go on a search through the house to find glasses for water, there were none in the room.

I slept in this accommodation like few other places. The mattress was just hard enough and the pillows were a great size. Quality materials are used throughout the villa and it's not just made for a photo. On the contrary, it's even better in person. Our guest was very nice and took care of us the whole time. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood accessible 5 minutes by tram to the center. There is a fantastic pizzeria just around the corner.

Great location. Close enough to the city centre but away from the hustle and the noise. Fantastic tram links.Tram stop at end of street and only 3 stops to Stazione Unita and a short walk to reach the main attraction of the Duomo. Our host Odette was warm and welcoming and couldn't do more to help us feel at home, nothing was a bother. Lovely breakfast spread setting you up for the day ahead. Beautiful building, our room and ensuite were very spacious. Can't recommend this place enough. Just one helpful tip if coming by tram from the airport. Take the T2 tram line to Stazione Unita and then get off and on to the other line which is the T1 and take this tram to Statuto. When you get off here it is but a mere few minutes walk to the door of the pensione. The tram is cheap at 1.5 euro and the ticket lasts 90mins allowing you to jump off and on. Giving more than enough time to reach your destination.

This was the nicest place we stayed in this price range during our Italian tour. The place is fully renovated with high quality linens, tiles, wood finishes. A great value for the price. The location is very convenient to the tourist district. There is a tram stop that drops you right at the city center in 2-3 stops. It took 15 minutes total from the time we left, including walking to the station which was 1/2 block. Turn right at the driveway and walk to the end of the block. Turn left. It’s the train facing the gelato store side of the street.

There are 3 parking spaces, but often 4 cars, so we didn’t move our car during the stay as we weren’t sure what the system was.

The room and property were impeccably clean and very comfortable. Parking behind the private gate was perfect for leaving our car worry free while we explored Florence on foot. Our host was lovely and extremely helpful and responsive. We were able to request gluten-free options for breakfast as well.

We stayed in the off season so there were only a few guests - for this reason there were fewer breakfast options than we've had in the past at Villino.

Villino Fiorentino is in a quiet neighbourhood, we arrived by car and was able to park the car at the back of the property, The property looks just renovated, the stone stair case up to our room was beautiful. The room was spacious with high ceilings and very well furnished with a large most comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, fresh breads, hams, cheese, cereals, yogurts and coffee. At the end of the road was a tram stop to take you into the centre which was very convenient, Our host Odette greeted us on arrival, was very friendly and gave us good information on Florence. In all a great place to stay.
