The location is perfect and close to the center. Great value for the price, very comfortable and isolated room. Common areas very clean. Functional AC. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

There was some confusion about checkout time. I was told 11am by the gentleman who checked me in however I was rushed out at 10am by someone else, completely unprepared. I had just woken up and couldn’t even take a shower. It was stressful. I will also say that I think it’s a little silly that there is a toilet in the room. But it’s locked up so you have to use the shared one. I don’t mind sharing a bathroom. But it just seems silly to me if it’s not really necessary because there is a toilet in the room.

I loved the bed, it was really comfortable. I also appreciated the fridge in the room, the AC and the equipped kitchen that could be used in the common area. The room was clean and big. Communication with the owner was easy.

There was no towel rack in the bathroom, the heater was very rusty, so we had to improvise something. Also the street was extremely noisy, the traffic was very loud and there was also some very loud machinery used in the building during the night and very early in the morning. No windows could shield the noise.

Very comfortable place, had all we needed for a short stay in Florence. Also close to downtown (less than 30 minutes). AC was very convenient given hot weather, also kitchenette very appreciated! We had coffee every morning for 50 or 70 cents! And a nice welcome kit of red bulls 😁 Also Simone the host was very flexible for a late check in in the evening, I would definitely go back.

Very good air conditioning. Good cooking facilities. Shower and sink in room was very handy, shared toilet but no issues with having to wait to use it. Communal fridge with cold water provided. Host was friendly and was repsonsive when there was an electirical issue and sorted it over the phone very quickly. 20 mins from train station and city centre.

Owner seemed frustrated at our check-in time was late despite it being before the time given on the website but this was quickly resolved and upon meeting he was very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, the place was clean, we had an AC (which was much needed) and we had space to cook.

It’s not really a complain about our stay but just something to keep in mind if you wanna book a room here: the stove in the kitchen didn’t work that well (it took us nearly 50 minutes to have the water boiling and we even put it in the kettle to make it go faster but not even then), the shower didn’t have a lot of water and it really was difficult to open the door (the key kept getting stuck)

Very enthusiastic and very careful when introducing rooms and facilities.

He didn’t reply our message when we want to check out, which made us a bit nervous. But in the end, everything was fine and successful, so that’s ok.

The location was super ideal, very nice neighborhood and super close to the center. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Simone was also very nice.

The heating was not working properly so it was somewhat cold during the night and the shower water was not very hot.

Owner stayed up until 2am to let us in after our Flixbus was delayed which was very kind, spacious room which was clean and in a great location

Would be a benefit to introduce after hours check in for late arrivals

The location was great, the owner was kind and helpful, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

The walls are pretty thin, it was hot and we couldn’t open the window because of the mosquitoes.

Room cleaning wasnt done even when we stayed 2 nights, not once cleaned. No staff around to talk to in Person, otherwise everything else was good
