Lorenzo was attentive and sweet. He showed us everything that we would need for our six day stay and was super responsive over text. He helped us store our bags for a little while after we checked out, which was extremely helpful. The room was well-lit and very clean, and fit two people comfortably. It is really close to the team, maybe a three or four minute walk, so that was really useful to go into the main centre or station everyday. As an international traveller, the wifi was helpful also. I appreciated the cupboard space. It was really useful having a fridge, too.

On one occasion there was an issue, but Lorenzo was super responsive and sorted it out quickly, so it actually wasn’t a problem in the end. I am very grateful to him.

I liked everything, but more importantly I found Mr. Lorenzo to be a very thoughtful, kind, polite, flexible and helpful owner. The room is very spacious and beautifully designed, with TV, air conditioning, heating unit and the possibility to completely darken the room for a good night' sleep. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and I need to say I am a prententious, light sleeper (I do at times suffer from insomnia). I noticed the shower cabin was designed properly, such that water remains sealed inside the cabin. Maybe for some it is unimportant, but for me it is such a big deal that I don't need to dry/clean floors using toilet paper or towels every time I take a shower. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, not far from the city center (there's a tram station 4 minutes away) in a superb building. There's a superb Café nearby (Bar Pasticceria Caldana), with delicious coffee, sandwhiches and pastry, which I fully recommend as a good place to start your morning.

The owner was wonderful, very friendly, helped carry luggage and assisted to any needs requested. even let us check-in early! the room was very modern, large, clean and comfortable. there was a fridge and air conditioning which was great for the heat. the bathroom was very nice as well, very clean and a great shower! the location is great for anyone wanting to explore Florence as it has a tram line just around the corner. a nice quiet area. overall loved this place and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Comfortable apartment for three persons, very clean. Great location, walking distance from Duomo and close to public transportation. Cheap parking (10 Euro/day) located a few hundred meters away. There is no point going by car within the city, because of the narrow streets and lack of parking spots in the Old Town. Owner is extremely polite, helpful ang quick to response. Gelaterias offering delicious ice cream round the corner.

No kitchen, but it's bed and breakfast bussiness. The owner provides plates, cups and bowls.

Great accommodation with good location. Its easy to get there from railway station by tram (only 4 stops away). There's great coffee place nearby and next to the tram stop where you can enjoy breakfast. Supermarket (Coop) is also nearby. Lorenzo is awesome and very helpful! Will definitely stay here again if I return to Firenze.

Everything was great!

Host was super flexible, unfortunately our flight was delayed and he waited for us at door until we arrived. Told us some places to visit and which public transportation to catch, also there's a tram station to the center 3 minutes away from Bianca B&B. Room was perfect, I highly recommend it, even if it's not directly in the center.

Nicely decorated and clean room. Friendly and hospitable owner. Great breakfast at our choice. Big bathroom.

The "private" parking is a public facility approx. 1 km away on a hill. The bathroom is external combined with a very squeaky door and suboptimal sound proofing.

Lovely continental breakfast served to your room each morning. Good selection of food of which you can have as little or as much as everything listed

Although there were teabags in the room there was no coffee 😩

Nice place with comfortable bed, TV, fridge and good wifi. Great service with high flexibility by the owner Lorenzo. 15 Min. from the nearby tram stop to the city center.

In this period it was sonetimes a bit loud due to road works nearby and the neighbour putting his TV on maximum volume. But nothing Lorenzo could actually do something about.

The Host Lorenzo was very helpfull and friendly, also aswering all our questions about the city dos and dont's. The neighbourhood is quiet and the building is very close to transportation.
