First of all, Marco is the best host we have had! He sent us great instructions that saved our time and energy. He met us at the house with a bottle of wine! He prepared a map for us and marked all the sights we should see and recommended his favorite restaurants. We followed all his instructions and we're glad we did it. The room was big, with a balcony. It was perfectly clean..The cleaning lady came every day to make a bed, take the trash away and vacuum the room.. We spent 6 nights and didn't want to leave. I had a medicine that needed to be stored in the fridge and Marco let us put it in his private fridge.

We would appreciate having a small fridge in the room. Restaurants in Florence are quite expensive and being able to have a light breakfast and late supper in the room would be helpful. Otherwise, everything else was just perfect.

Marco is such a lovely guy and an incredible host! We loved our stay at him place! He makes you feel right at home and is so helpful showing us all the best places to visit on the map and great advice for everything to do in Florence and the best restaurants. His knowledge made our stay so much more enjoyable and saved us a lot of time. He meets you at the property to explain everything to you and there's even wine on arrival! The room was very spacious with very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady comes every day to make the bed. The apartment is around 20 mins walk to the centre or there's a tram stop around 5 mins walk to take you anywhere in the city. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence!

The location is just outside the city centre, near the main train station but not close enough to hear it. Its about a 1Omin walk to be inside the city centre area but longer to each specific attraction. Duomo, is very near the centre of Florence and is about a 20min walk. The street has free parking, that is sought after, so once parked we didn't use the car to ensure we retained our park. We didn't need to use car either. The building is accessed by approx. 7 steps from the gate at street level and then all on 1 level from there. The room was large, with bedsides, sml table and bench for luggage. Bathroom is small, but clean and all that is necessary. Small balcony with chair through shuttered doors. Martin wasa dedicated host, with map, sightseeing and dining suggesions, even booked some for us. We loved this accom and would recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was perfect. We felt like staying in our home. The stay was very comfortable. Marco is a great host. Goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable. He suggested us the places to visit and also for dining.Would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Marco!!

The only minus point was the location which is bit far from the station and market. There are no supermarkets and only one small cafe close by ..

Location was perfect, Marco showed us easy route to city centre, 10min walk. The room was very clean. And Marco helped us to get the most of our visit. He saved us in really tight spot after very unfortunate airbnb reservation and singlehandedly saved our vacation. The value for money was 1000/10. If you are looking for a room for affordable price that is clean, helpful staff and close to city centre this is the place!

Of course for this price point, there is improvements. Like shower door was a little hard to work with. But this is really nitpicking.

Marco is a wonderful host. Very helpful, very informative and very accommodating. It was evening in winter, Marco told us which tram stop to alight and to call him after alighting for directions to walk to the apartment. It was a 5 min walk but little did we expect to see Marco meeting us halfway up the walk as he was afraid we would be lost....it's a cold winter evening. This man went out of his way.

Great location, especially after we discovered the tram station nearby to get into town or even to the airport. The room was modern, well appointed and very clean. The host gave us a lot of information about sights and restaurants.

I would only suggest that the door hinges be oiled and a do not disturb sign be provided. Because of the intense heat, we usually toured from 6:30am, returning to the room by noon for shade and a nap until we went out late for dinner. Our afternoon sleep was interrupted by the staff coming in to check on the room.

Our host Marco, was so accommodating! We needed an overnight in Florence for our last night in Tuscany that was convenient to the sights and not too far from the airport with parking for our rental car. Atelier Cosseria provides all of this but so much more. Marco proved to be invaluable for information about Florence. More importantly he was so friendly and a joy to speak with as we enjoyed a last glass of Chianti in the courtyard. If you're looking for a comfortable spot close to the train station, city center, and airport you've found it in Atelier Cosseria. Marco can provide dinner recommendations and even went so far as to call in a reservation with his friend at a local spot for us. We certainly know where we'll be staying the next time we fly into Florence. Thanks again Marco!

The apartment is located in the basement, quite dark and the lights are very weak . There is no refrigerator, coffee or tea maker .
