We absolutely enjoyed our stay during our weeklong trip to Florence. I would say that the location was a bit more calm in comparison to the rest of the city and it was a short distance to all the places we wanted to go. (We used the e-scooters often!) My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast every morning which was both delicious and convenient!

The only problem we faced during our time here was how incredibly hot the room would get, even at night. I understand that this is largely contributed to the fact that we visited in August, but it was very hard to be comfortable without any sort of fan or air conditioning. We left the windows open at night in an attempt to let fresh air in, but mosquitos were able to intrude as a result.

During my stay, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was not far from public transportation and a supermarket, making it easy to access daily necessities. Moreover, the city center was within a short walking distance, allowing me to explore the area without any inconvenience. The hotel staff was a highlight of my experience. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. I noticed that the hotel seemed to cater well to young travelers like myself. The reception area had a vibrant atmosphere, and it remained lively throughout the day. This created a social and welcoming environment, making it easy to connect with other guests and share experiences. One delightful aspect of the hotel was the availability of coffee and snacks at very reasonable prices, even for guests who didn't opt for breakfast. This thoughtful touch allowed me to grab a quick bite before heading out to explore the city.

Maybe the rooms ambiance & bit it is designed overall.

Breakfast was delicious and had a big variety of pastries. Room was spacious and comfortable and bathroom too,shower was very goo! Had a small fridge which was perfect to keep some snacks and cold beverages during summer. Hotel is 15 min walk from Santa Maria novella station so we barely took the train to sightsee the city.

Some things from the breakfast we had to wait a bit on line to get it, the staff had clearly too much on their plate. So I’d suggest more staff to help on busy days/season.

The breakfast was really good and they offered allot of different options. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We really liked that there was a gym at the property. The staff at both front desk and restaurant were very friendly. It was nice that we could leave our luggage there after check-out.

Only thing that would've been better but definitely not bad, is that the gym did not have heavy weights. If you are someone that trains more on the heavier side maybe its not the gym for you, or you will have to improvise.

It was spacious, clean and the bathroom had plenty of storage/shelving and the bath towels were large which is something I love in a hotel. It was close to the meeting point where a lot of day tours begin. The staff were helpful when I had any questions. It’s used as university student housing but I was very happy with the facilities.

It was about 20 mins walk to the Centre where majority of the sites and restaurants were so not super close but trams made the journey quicker.

room simple and clean. comfortable double bed ( not two singles attached ) secured parking lot for a 15 euro per night is recommended if you are coming by car three tram stops from the point u start to go by foot through city center staff was very polite all in all balanced price quality ratio

breakfast was same everyday and if you are coming by train/plane maybe something closer to the city center to be reconsidered, since the walks and tours in city can be quite long

The room is very biiig and spacious! There's a lot of space and the check in was smooth. There's a bidet in the room which is very much appreciated! It's so rare to find a bidet in Europe.

However, there's a constant leak on the bidet and the doors in the shower room always leak so we always had to put towels right beside the shower doors for it to stop leaking the entire bathroom. The place also requires a looot of walking from the Tram stations but it's nooot super far.

Great location about 20 minute walk (or you can do Tram) to the centre where you will fall in love with Florence culture, arts and food! Hotel staff very accommodating and the bedrooms / bathrooms where so modern and clean. Really lovely hotel, very trendy, would HIGHLY recommend.

Unfortunately our shower draining was poor so shower filled up very quickly leading to water leaking onto floor as the shower door wasn’t fully closed off due to plastic rim but the tiles where quick dry.

The room was spacious and modern, the bathroom facilities were of a high standard. The bed was comfortable and the electric blinds were a great feature! We liked the campus feel and although we didn’t get to make use of it the gym looked great! The location is only a 20 minute walk from the main area and train station, it’s an easy walk. Staff at the front desk were friendly and desk is managed 24hrs. We wished we could stay longer!

The only issue we had was ants in the room

Modern, new building, positioned in a quiet surrounding and well connected to public transport. Decent room size. Big windows and curtains that could be closed to have a good sleep until late. Good price for the money compared with similar hotel Walking distance from city center

The breakfast is very frugal (only scrambled eggs and bacon can be regarded as warm food, the rest were pastries and cold appetizers) No regular hotel slippers were included For those with a light sleep: the electric power unit was making noise (however they upgraded our room and all was fine from this perspective) / Those positioned with the view on the back can hear train noise (however we didn't found it distracting as the windows were filtering most of the noise). Although in general the room was clean, the aluminum frames at windows had traces of cleaning substances all over
