The location is excellent, close to the Genova Piazza Principe. This helps a lot. By foot was possible to reach all places we wanted to visit. The bed and shower was very good.

There was no a single umbrella to leave the hotel, since it was raining. It is the first hotel I stay not offering a umbrella to the client. There was no enough electrical plugs. Sorry for complaining this in this hotel, because this is a problem in all hotels I have been. Architects didn't recognize yet that nowadays people carry 2 or three electronic equipments. This hotel has a nice niche in the bathroom for leaving your shampoo, razor etc. Most hotels don't.

The word luxury is thrown around quite often in the hotel industry but on this occasion it’s used perfectly. The property is perfectly situated 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the seafront. Its classic marble and modern finish is typically Italian and perfect for my families stay. Already discussed staying here for longer next time round. The staff were also excellent with great communication. Our flight was significantly delayed but the hotel remained in touch to ensure we arrived safe and sound.

We checked in at the hotel next door, which wasn’t an issue whatsoever but it would have been beneficial to hear this was the done things earlier in the booking. I only say this as it seems like the kind of hotel who are looking to attain an almost perfect score. But we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our room was incredible in terms of size and style! Very spacious and very chic! The staff was extremely polite and informative. They gave great tips about how to get around the city, especially through the small vistas. Breakfast was displayed beautifully, and the host was sure to restock when certain items were low.

The drain in the shower kept clogging even though we made sure not to get any hair in it. I overheard another guest bring that up to the front desk when I was checking in, so I imagine it was a common issue.

Amazing location if traveling with train, just a 1 min walk from the train station. The room on the 4th floor was small and had a funky smell, perhaps from from the whole floor carpet? otherwise the room and toilet was really clean and worked well for our 1 night stay in Genova. Breakfast was small, but normal for Italy. Definitely money well spent.

Vis-vis is a Hostel with terraces in the street, full of young people who likes to drinks and discuss loudly, even screaming until 2-3 AM

Hotel is located very close to main attractions of Genova so sightseeing is really easy, and railway station is located only a few minutes by foot from HNN, so you can also plan to go further than only Genova. Personel was very kind and helpful. Room was clean, big and pretty.

The only thing that could be better is bed in living room, which wasn't very comfortable. Bed in main bedroom was really good though.

It is close to central train station which is good if you are here on route to cinque terra. The hotel is cosy and clean, quiet as it is near the university side.

The shower arrangement is a bit weird as the glass door is not long enough that you can't prevent water splash. Room is a bit dark as there is only 1 main light and is only near the desk.

location was great for us just 5 minutes walking from Genova P.Principe ☺️ The Room was good size and the shower was great . The continental breakfast was very well served . Staff at Reception and Breakfast Room as well as Rooms was very nice and helpful .

The suite is very large, super clean and in a great location, You just step outside and you are next to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The staff were professional, polite and friendly.

The suite could use a little more decoration.

Staff were very friendly, our flight was very late in and they were very accommodating staying until after midnight for us to arrive. The following day they let us leave luggage in their storage until our we left for our train. The room was quiet and comfortable and close to the train station. I would stay again if needed.
