Unbelievable treatment by the staff, from the airport pickup to the checkout, everything went smoothly and above my expectations. The hotel is clean, near the center, I asked for a room with a nice view and they arranged it for me, very silent! I highly recommend this hotel.

As I travelled to work, I needed a small desk to work in the room, and the lack of it made me work on the bad, but I understand that from the size of the room I booked. I could not lower the temperature of the air conditioning, sometimes was too cold, but outside was 35 C, so it was not a problem, but could be fixed!

This was a lovely hotel for my short conference stay in Genoa. The staff where all very friendly, always welcoming you with a smile. The room was large and spacious, with a comfortable bed and large TV. The room included a mini fridge, that can be stocked by purchasing snacks and drinks from the reception shop. The hotel is close to the main train station and a number of good restaurants and shops nearby. Also the Volabus, the bus that goes from the city to the airport stops in the square out the front of the hotel - which was super handy. Overall, highly recommend staying at this hotel!

It was the best hotel I have been staying at in a long time. The young smiling employees, especially Justina and Lorenzo, were very friendly and helpful. The view of the harbor from my spacious room was a plus as well as a fridge in the room to keep water bottles cool. There was tea and coffee free of charge. I totally enjoyed my stay there.

There was a lack of fruits for people who don't eat sausages, ham, cold cuts or cakes. At 7:00 am, there were just a few apples so next day, I bought fruits at the supermarket and had breakfast in my room.

After traveling over 24 hours, I was exhausted upon arrival. The staff members who greeted me were wonderful! I had requested a room on a higher floor and a nice view of the square in my reservation. I was thrilled to be informed that not only had they been able to accommodate my request, they upgraded my room as well! When I arrived upstairs, the view was beautiful, the room clean and cool, and I slept peacefully through the evening. I woke up well rested and ready to take on the day. I actually skipped breakfast because the bed was so comfortable and I wanted to sleep in!

I do not have one complaint about my stay at this location! I will absolutely stay here again in the future.

convenient location, clean room, had a nice view over the piazza from my room, decent breakfast, value for money. I liked the espresso for breakfast and sometimes there were fresh croissants.

wish the room had more lighting, and wish the breakfast area was larger, it gets crowded and very uncomfortable when many people come to have breakfast simultaneously. Orange juice squeezer is a good idea but it's manual and you literally have to get your hands dirty but probably it's better than nothing :) overall, these drawbacks can be coped with considering the price.

We (2- 70+ yr-olds) were stranded in Genoa from an awful 4 hour BnB experience at 11.45 pm & went online. We found this hotel listing, cross referenced it, and found it was across the circle from the huge train station - all at a reasonable rate. Winner! Then, 20 minutes later the staff made it even better by soothing our jangled nerves, showing us how the heritage lift worked, & letting us get a good night's sleep. Great work all around!! (The views of the city were a bonus . . . )

Plaster & paint finish work needed in #419 above the bedroom window. It's just cosmetic . . .

The hotel is very well positioned right next to the main train station which makes it a very good base to start exploring the zone. And here I mean Cinque Terre as well as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli. It is also within walking range to the Acquarium and touristic port. The breakfast has multiple choices and the best caffee I ever had in a hotel in Italy at breakfast. The air conditioning worked like a charm and it was very efficient.

The location can't be beat for train travel. The breakfast was unexpectedly fantastic. Front staff were super friendly and it was an easy place to stay. The view from our room was outstanding.

Rooms were very utilitarian, if that's a negative. It's a cookie cutter type of set up. I didn't feel overly safe in the neighborhood as there were a number of indigent people on the street in the area asking for money, but we knew that in advance about the area and they weren't particularly aggressive.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The staffs are very kind and helpful. I made an early check-in after a long overnight flight from India. However, the staff did their best and almost immediately allotted a room. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and definitely many times better than I expected. I highly appreciate the flexibility and attitude of the staffs to the customer's needs. I hardly received such warmth and hospitality from a 'hotel'. The facilities are also very good. The breakfast is available at a cost of 5 Euros, which is very good and cheap. I shall choose B&B next time over other options, not only in Genoa but also in other destinations.

I remember nothing.

The room I had was big and spacious, clean and it had everything needed. The staff is polite and helpful and the breakfast was decent, with more options than what you normally find in Italy for similar prices. The best advantage of this hotel is it's proximity to the railway station. It's also easy to get around the city and to the port on foot.

I did not like the smell of old hotel or old furniture, despite the fact that everything looked new and clean.
