Excellent location, spacious room , very clean , beautiful view to the port .I absolutely enjoyed using shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soup -very good quality.

Some of the personnel at the reception should learn how to be more polite and friendly with the guests. In particular a receptionist Marina . It is quite disappointing when the personnel causes unpleasant feelings upon check in and check out by being ignorant and rude . Another inconvenience was a shower which had no curtains and as a result water was everywhere in the bathroom.

Location is excellent, room is cozy & clean. Staff is friendly, view is great since the hotel is located directly at the marina. It's especially a great location if you plan to visit Aquarium, which is right next to the hotel. It's a bit pricy, but definitely a good location for one of the NH group locations. Also as a bonus, there's car parking underneath the hotel which is a rare thing for the Genoa city center. Also the restaurant is good, but a bit too pricy for the quality I would say.

Overall great. A bit pricy maybe for the quality, but considering the location it's not that bad.

Very friendly staff at the arrival. We booked more expensive room but changed to standard one as prefered to stay on the same level insteated of two - we were offered breakfast and parking to accomodate the prices. Location is just perfect - parking at the garage and bay views are the assets. Very close to restaurants and city attractions. There was kind of a silent but constant noise at rooms facing the Aquarium, so better to choose the ones on the opposite site while booking. The breakfast was great! This was a short stopover stay on the way to our holiday destination.

Everything was OK. The hotel perhaps needs renovation in some parts.

Trying to get into car park. when i entered hotel to ask for help staff member was very rude and unhelpful. you should tell people how to enter car park on your website. Many people were struggling to enter and getting hassled by con men at the entry gate

Beautiful views from our room and access to the old town. The staff was very helpful and stored our luggage while we waited for a room to be ready and walked around town.  The staff also called a taxi for us to meet a bus that we were taking to our next location, and held our bags as we walked around and had lunch on our last day after check out.  The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was Excellent… It is very hot in the area toward the end of July.  The balcony in the room was the highlight, and we enjoyed coffee from the high-end machine that was in the room. 

The location is simply spectacular -- right in the port of Genoa. Every room with a view. Every room with a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The hotel is also quite lovely, with lots of wood befitting a marine location. The breakfast was well up to the standard of NH Hotels, including extras by request. Large TV. Generous breakfast time and checkout time. Nice staff experience.

The bed was too soft and springy; it did not provide a restful night's sleep. This is admittedly a subjective matter. But what was not a subjective matter was the shower: it alternated cold and hot water, making for an extremely uncomfortable shower. The hotel should pay some attention to this.

The location is excellent, right on the harbor and next to the old city. The rooms are well layed out, with great views if you get the good side of the hotel. If you get the other side, views are lacking. The best side is facing the inner harbor, the poor side is facing the aquarium. The rooms are marginally maintained. Breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant.

We found the shower had mold in the area between tiles, and the connection to hold the hand shower up was inoperable. The staff didn't seem to care. Only two elevators and one was broken the entire 5 days we where there. Some of the staff were bordering on impolite, short and treated us like we are stupid. Others compensated by going out of their way to be very helpful.

Very clean and pleasant room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Happy with all the services except the 2 mentioned below.

Wifi was very, very slow unless you paid more for a faster link. Many of my phone apps failed to load because of being timed out by the slow data transfer rate. It took over 5 minutes just to load Gmail on my laptop and in the end I gave up using it because it was wasting so much time. The shower water pressure was very low and kept running hot and cold

When we arrived the room wasn’t great - not much light , small windows - but for 15 euros they gave us an upgrade to a room with a balcony , big sliding door and great views ! So much nicer ! The location was good and there was parking - easy to access on site . Most staff were lovely .

The first room was a bit tired and not lovely - especially after having just come from the NH collection hotel in Turin which was gorgeous .

Best location of a hotel I've ever been to, right on the front near everything. You can walk everywhere that's worth seeing. Very clean big hotel, helpful staff and amazing views from most of the rooms.

Only bad thing was that the restaurant/room service food and drinks were wildly expensive. Not even worth buying a coke in the hotel. Genoa has great food so made us eat out and try the great cuisine Genoa has to offer.
