The rooms were tastefully decorated. The architectural lighting was lovely. Our suite was spacious. And the staff at reception, especially Luca was just so helpful and superb from the time of the booking and through our stay. And the location is so central and fantastic.

Lack of conveniences- A work out machine but no desk. Very few plug points. The existing ones around the bed are taken up by bedside lamps and phone. There is no full length mirror. The architectural lighting is romantic but you still need to give options for better lighting to be able to see things, especially in the bathroom. These are little, easy things that can be fixed and would have made the experience just perfect.

Everything was perfect! Excellent decor, spotless clean, modern, super comfortable. Location is the best! Staff is wonderful!!! Everyone is friendly and helpful! We paid a little bit more (15 euros) to have our car parked in their garage. Totally deserves it. Perfect experience. I am glad we booked this wonderful hotel. Breakfast is also excellent and the lady who prepares the cappuccino / espresso / etc is a sweetheart. Top place to stay. Can’t imagine there’s something better than this one.

The location is excellent for exploring Lecce. The breakfast was good without being exceptional. The staff were helpful and in contrast to some of the other places where we stayed, they spoke quite good English.

Parking is paid, and the garage cannot provide spaces for all the guests, so we had to park our car on the street. That this could happen was not clear to us at the time of the booking. The problem seems to be that it is difficult to offer parking within the perimeters of the old town.

Luca was incredibly helpful during the check in process. He was thorough with his recommendations and helping me get familiar with the city. He’s super friendly and a great asset to the team. The room was modern and clean and the team kindly upgraded me! The room was spacious and comfortable. TV was internet enabled so I could catch up with some things back home! It has a lift which is rare!

This place is beautiful. It's a little gem. The location is perfect- walking distance to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms are very soundproof and very modern and offer ample storage for clothes. The rooms are equipped with a boiler and coffee machine. There is also a small refrigerator in the room where you can keep some drinks. The building also has an elevator. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with an abundance of sweet and savory choices. Paola, the breakfast lady, prepares a beautiful spread and makes your choice of coffee. Thank you Paola for your kindness.

This place was so amazing that it pains me to write these points. Arco Vecchio could be made even better if it had the following: - a mirror in the room. There was no mirror in our room. So if someone is using the bathroom, there is no other mirror to save you time. A mirror with an electric plug nearby would enhance the facility. -poor lighting in the room. We had to use our cellular telephones to read small print. -shelves in the bathroom. There are no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries. I hope my points are appreciated because they are not meant to take anything away from this beautiful gem but to make it better for future visits. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous design of the hotel and rooms, spacious studio, high quality bed linen and towels, loved the Rituals amenities, top quality sports equipment. New furniture, new kitchenware, two spacious bathrooms - which was such a luxury for a studio. Spotless clean. A small terrace to have a morning coffee. Just in the middle of the old city center, near main restaurants and shops. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had decent options for every taste and high quality food. Loved the tea variety, and the ladies were offering coffee options outside the self-serving machine. Huge comfy bed in the bedroom. Sofa was a little too firm for sleeping. Large TVs in the living-room and bedroom, centralized air-conditioning. Decent minibar options. The place is simply beautiful: both by design (I visited each floor to enjoy the art pieces, so tastefully placed in each hallway / corner, impressive wallpaper), but also everything with great focus on customer comfort. Lecce is the Florence of Puglia, a beautiful city, great food and lovely hand made souvenirs you could buy from local artists during your evening walks in the old city. The only regret we have is that we stayed only for 2 days, in our way to Bari airport. This hotel was definitely one of the best stays in our trip to Italy.

Nothing at all. And I am quite picky. Just please keep it as perfect as it is right now. Select your guests and have them respect the hard work and care you've put into it.. :) I was sorry to see some glass cup/bottle stains on the coffee table, although a beautiful tray was offered probably for that purpose. Or maybe the tray was too beautiful, so people avoided using it and chose the table instead.. maybe some coasters would save both. :)

An amazing room, clean, modern and comfortable. The hot,e is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, main attractions and the train station. The staff were so nice and super helpful for anything you might need.. we loved staying here and would without hesitation stay here again!

Nothing it was perfect.

Everything was just great here, from the early check-in they arranged for us, till the fantastic breakfast just before we caught a train. Maybe we were a bit lucky to have the last room of the corridor which is perhaps more quiet and spacious, but in general this hotel seems to have good, quiet and clean rooms - and the location close to the duomo and the railway station is perfect.

The place was very stylish and luxurious and the location was great. The room was clean and airy, the bed was comfy, the AC was silent and effective, we loved our balcony and the design of the room. The shower gel and body moisturisers etc were also of a nice quality. And one of the staff was very friendly and made us a café leccese when we arrived!

It was a great stay but the breakfast could have been better for the price. And while one staff member was really nice, another was quite unfriendly. The rainfall shower didn't work but none of these are deal breakers.

The property was very clean, the staff was wonderful and helpful , and the room was very nice, modern, spacious and the bathroom had good water pressure .

Parking was not as easily accessible as it was thought to be. However, the kind stuff guided us to a nearby public parking area on the street that facilitated the process.
